Trainers Without Time.

People listen to me, all you who has asked for a trainer, but have been turned down because they are busy, come further, and listen closely!!!

I'm in training, and i think Deidara Sensei is a great trainer, i'm not his personal student, he's just training me because he's friendly. But lately, thing's has gone slowly, i write a response as quick as i can to Deidara when he teaches me, but it takes him days to answer me. I've tried to contact Scarface and a few other for training, but they too are so deep in pupils that they can't see the sun anymore.
I know i'm lucky just to have a trainer, cause there's so many students, and so few teachers, and now i've been on Gatsndshanks profile, where he writes. "I remember when senseis were a select few of the best, now people don't even do written tests to become sensei.
Everything has gone downhill, come grab a bottle and remember the good ol days with me." (this is copypaste from his profile.) So appearently, it's easy to become a sensei or senpai now, so then why don't more people do it??? we need good teachers, or else thing's will only get worse.
NB is a popular site, and more members join every day, so high ranking people with talent, you know who you are!!! come help us smallfries!!! On top of Gatsndshanks profile, he writes. "I'll be on hiatus during the middle of the month. Too many retards spammin' up my profile with requests, day in and day out. Don't you get the picture?" (this is also copypaste.) I have full respect for you Gatsndshanks, and i'm sure you're doing your best, to train as many as possible. But please, don't call eager RPG-people retards, they just want to battle each other with cool jutsus. (i wrote they, because i've not yet written a request to Gatsndshanks, about training.) But we all just want to do some RPG.
So my question is, what do we do about this??? I have full respect for you senseis, and senpais, you are doing your best, and i salute you. But we need more of you, cause if i were a sensei, i'd be tired of using all my RPG time, on training other people too, i know you also wanna battle, and learn jutsus yourself. So therefor, i'm saying, we need talented senseis. If anyone has a comment, or a suggestion, post.

He is right things are getting slower since ppl are becoming new members. But there is nothing you or anybody can do. Everybody came be on there computer or whatever to train ever second. I be on my phone must of the time and most of the other members be on their phones too, so there's nothing to do wait in line like everyone else.

And about the time that they dont answer to your training threads, think that they are not everyday on NB, and they have a real life, which is more important than being on NB all day....

have you read my post throughoutly, and understood it??? because in the post i say. "i write a response as quick as i can to Deidara when he teaches me, but it takes him days to answer me. The point Zero was trying to get around was the fact that we are eager to learn and begin having our own battles.. Whats the sense of coming to RP and have an approved bio if its good for nothing....then wen we are on to the next step (Finding a sensei/Sempai) they write on their statuses, "We are retards." For what? Because its obvious to see sumone doesnt like the job they signed up for (atm). Thats what i read from it.

Im not gonna act like it doesnt get annoying to have dozens of people ask for training but dude come on, thats not the way you handle pressure. Especially if youre sumone of that high rank.:nexus:

I have like 8 ppl to teach and well at the begining it was 12. Some ppl haven't even replyed to their training thread. Also training isn't as easy as you think. I use to think that way but once you start teaching you will be like "Dang, I was wrong about teaching". So plz don't complain on something you haven't did.

Deidara sama, you misunderstand, i am not complaining about your training, how you train, or how it is. I have full respect for the time it takes to reply, the way you train, and the difficulty of teaching 8 people at once. I'm simply pointing out, that we need more trainers. Please, this is not only to you, but to all senseis and senpais watching, this thread. I am NOT trying to criticise your work, or in any way criticising you, like i said, i am simply pointing out, that we need more talented trainers, and that with the growing number of people joining NB, the threads will soon be floded with training requests, if something is not done.

Real talk though, Being a sensei is like marriage; once the honeymoon period is over, it goes downhill from there.
Deidara, Seven-scaled boy, Scarface... etc will learn this the hard way :|
