Intriguing line. Could mean a number of things.

Premise:
Upon reading the stone slab tome in the Uchiha hideout, the one only an MS reader can read some of-->EMS more --> Rinnegan all of: Madara is power thirsty and found the method to obtaining the Rinnegan. By nature of this relationship, the eye powers are intimately related. I assume written by the elder son of the So6P.

Possibilities:
1. Madara evolved the Rinnegan in his own EMS eyes after his battle with Senju Hashirama. The ulterior motive for VotE being 'obtaining' Senju 'part' of the So6P. Possibly through the use of white Zetsu's cloning ability. 'Used up' the Rinnegan in a failed first attempt at becoming the new So6P. Had to 'eject' them and 'incubated' them in a healing longevity type-- an uzumaki, nagato.

2. Madara found out the location of the preserved original eyes of the So6P. Being inheritor, in his mind, of all things Uchiha-- they are his eyes by right. But, upon learning of the requirements to awaken its full power, needed a sacrificial pawn -- Nagato. The syncing of Gedo Mazo being fatal or debilitating. Now, with the hard parts mostly completed, not trusting Sasuke to sync with Gedo, begins to carry out the plan with some alterations.

3. Madara is the elder son of the Rikkudo Sennin. HIGHLY unlikely because of the flashbacks with Madara and his little brother. Though possibly the son of the son of the Rikkudo Sennin. Thus eyes are his father's 'rightful' inheritance, thus his.

i really don't think that madara can use all th powers that nagato had. i mean we already now those and it would they would make madara kind of overpowered. i think his new eys will look just like his new mask, a combination of sharingan an rinnegan, and because this is something new, these eyes will also have new powers.

and i don't think he can use izanagi whenever he wants without losing an eye. how could anybody beat him?

I agree with you on this matter, but I think that he needs to acquire all 6 paths and/or the Juubi chakra so that he can use Izanagi. If the Sage had Izanagi prior to his fight with the Juubi it would be kinda lame imo for him to just end the fight in 10 secs with it

Madara announces Naruto is next on His list the beginning of an epic battle, but it dose not seam right this early unless maybe their be a time skip in the series.

according to the manga the first so6p used izangi without loosing his eyesight. Will it be fair if madara could also do it? abso not thats a little to much lol but it is possible.

Im still trying to figure out why madara wanted nagato to use Gedō: Rinne
Tensei no Jutsu on him. Any idea's? now that madara has the rinnegan can't he just use the jutsu on himself?

People are saying that madara now has six paths?? so does this mean he will hand pick his own pawns or use ones nagato already killed??

Also just the thought of madara being able to use izangi as many times as he wants is scary.. but i still say sasuke's EMS will bring more promising powers and stronger techs then madara's EMS.

1. nagato fought against hanzo without 6 pains but using the rinegan and its abilities ... see anime episode 173 where he repeled the kunais and shurikens
there is no need to use six pains when they are weaker then naruto and can use just one skill per body.
madara must fight with his own body to use both, his and nagatos powers

2. madara can use izanagi again (he woud not make such mistery about nothing), but i think that the crows from itachi will apear just for a short time like yondaime. im not sure if itachi comes back to bring sasuke to the rigth path or help naruto against sasuke or madara, but maybe sasuke is just playing dumb and naive ... he tricked orochimaru, he is not bad he is acting like that but will surely fight against madara i hope maybe sasuke is using itachis eyes because he knows that he cant win against madara ... there is no need to fight naruto anymore!

kabuto also is pretty misterious ... he will bring trouble to both sides

I just remembered something. Illusions won't work on a host who can control their beast (narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/413/14). I think sasuke used Tsukuyomi on Bee since he was using Mangekyō sharingan from his right eye.

So can Naruto break any type of Genjutsu now? The only problem is the Fox is not yet friendly with Naruto.

Where in the Manga did it say that Naruto can now control the Kyubi?
He just ripped the Kyubi of his Chakra, that doesn't necessarily means he can control the Nine tails!
