Yes that's right and most probably the summons of Kabuto though have all the techniques of the original guy but doesn't have the full powers.

hi to all..there are many questions that puzzles me one of those is that what actually is the Sage of Six Paths? Does it implies 6 persons, or the 6 chakra element/type manipulation?..man this is getting confusing..

as i said there are six paths 3 of them are the 3 eye jutsu and the other 3 are from 3 special clans now they are the uzimaki clan the senju clan and the Sarutobi clan which konahamaro is from so once he gets the sharigan renengan and byakugan he will have the perfect eye and once he has all 3 clans genes he will have the perfect body which then he will become like the sage of six paths.
madara has the sharingan and the senju gene and the uzimake gene and now he is bout to get the renengan to he only needs the byakugan from hinta and the Sarutobi gene from konahamro and then he will become like the sage of six paths.

If madara did have the uzumaki gene within him, then him living this long will make sense..(uzumaki clan had a long life span) but he didn't say anything about taking their genes..
Thinking outside the box is good and fine, but to violate the law of naruto universe is another matter. Only Kishi can violate the law, until then it's just a waste of time.Come on, people, think outside the box, that's what I'm trying to do
KG jutsu or bloodline limited jutsu means that the jutsu can only be perform by certain people that has the blood required. So far in the manga, even if you have the blood, you must awake it first before you can use the jutsu. Once awaken though, you can implant the DNA/body parts to another people without the bloodline and still have the jutsu. However, I think this method isn't without a huge risk, like in the real world implant, there is a possibility that your body reject the implant and in the Naruto world there is also a possibility of the implant take over your body totally. The perfect outcome will be if your body accept and work harmoniously with the implant.
Again KG can't be copy period. If you want to think it can be, you have the right to do so, but I just want to make sure the others know what is the law of KG as of now.

Naruto clenching the flower: "This time no questions. You need to be taken out Akastaski and whoever is threatening the Way of Peace!"
