Background Info.
History:Emperor was born in Kumogakure into a family of poverty. When he was growing up we want to accomplish many things in life. So his parents put him in the Kumo ninja academy where he learned jutsu and train with one of the nest Senseis but Emperor was never put into a team with a Jounin he ventured out of Kumogakure in search to get stronger by the second. It was a long journey till he reached Kirigakure the home of the Famous Master Swordsman,Caliburn. When he reached kirigkaure he went insearch of looking for caliburn for he had heard many tales of his great feats in the Shinobi and swordsman world. Once he met Caliburn he got down on his knees begging caliburn for training in the Art of Kenjutsu so Caliburn said he will only take him if he showed him what he got in his heart. Caliburn and Emperor had a Kenjustu fight. He showed great skill but Caliburn was just to great for him caliburn beat him only with one sword instead of using his legendary 3 sword stance. Caliburn saw potenttial in the bow and invited him for trainign lessons. One lesson that Caliburn told Emperor was "fight with your heart not with your mind, Let the sword do the talking and let your body guide the flow of the swords movement....th Sword is your greatest tool". Emperor took this to heart and followed Caiburn every word. After 4 years His training finally came to an End and its time for him to make a sword of his own. Caliburn instructed him and from then on Emperor made his own sword. After this experience, Emperor left and bowed to Caliburn thanking him for all he has done for him. At this age he was 17. He traveled back to Kumogakure which took a few weeks since he had to do it by boat. Once he got back to Kumogakure, He put himself through intense training. he constantly tried to make new Jutsu but all of them failed(cough >.>) until he created wha tis known As Majestic thunder Bird Mode. He has accomplished what he wanted for so long. this took then rest of his life till he was about the age of 23.
He lived the rest of His life in Kumogakure as a great swordsman.

Description: The user summons the Dyuaru Yure(Dual vibrations) . they can appear in hand or on the users back. the swrods have black and silver colored handles and they are both long swords that share the same case. the user can channel lightning chakra into the swords to create an aura of electrical currents around the blades allowing them to cut through things easier. Also while the swords are active the users lightning techniques are increased by 10+ so that the lightning jutsu are stronger. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning chakra through the ground to electrocute the opponent(The lightning chakra can travel up to mid range).
Also this sword can absorb lightning chakra up C-rank. This effect can only beused twice per battle

Description: the user unlocks all the lighting chakra they have. The lightining chakra is pushed to every point in the body creating like armor made out of pure lightning. A structure forms out of the back of the user as the shape of large thunderbird wings that are made of pure lightning chakra but they do not grant the user flight of any kind. The user takes on the speed of lightning but can only beable to move at the speed of Rock lee without his Weights in which they have not actauly achieved the speed of lightning. While in this Mode the user can only use lightning jutsu and nothing else. All lightining jutsu get +10 strength. After this jutsu is deactivated the user is extremely exhausted and they cannot use any lightning jutsu for the rest of the battle. Also after this mode is deactivated the user can only use C-rank and below jutsu due to the exhaustion and lack of chakra.
