If yes, then go ahead and sit on that lake, and start meditating. While doing so infuse your chakra into the water, and keep doing that for about 20 minutes.

This serves to no purpose, but it will most likely get you more concentrated.

Well then, concentrate your water chakra and try to release a dense mist, that will cover up about everything in Mid-Close range.
