Coffee with sugar and milk

I may add ginger and replace sugar with jaggery , especially in winters. Or sprinkle some chocolate on top occasionally.

Or cold coffee with ice cream.

What I avoid:

I would rather drink black coffee than vanilla flavour one.

Omg ice cream with coffee is so nice! I don't think I've ever tried jaggery. I looked it up, it kinda looks like brown sugar, but it isn't.

Jaggery is unrefined sugar from sugarcane juice or date, palm but less processed than white sugar and retains trace minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium etc.

So less chemicals and a bit healthier than white sugar that's highly processed form.

There are still lighter coloured jaggery in the market but I prefer to buy the dark one. Dark colour means less chemicals and more minerals.
