Vincent would be across from a oldish looking fellow with pale white hair it seemed he was in his patch of the woods, Vincent didn't take kindly to visitors. He would decide the best course of action was to induce this foolish old man into an illusion to quiz and interrogate him. Being so old he might have knowledge that would be required to further his own goals.

Vincent eyes would swirl into crimson red showing his 3Tomoe pattern locking dead into his foes eyes Vincent would induce him into an illusion where he would see Vincent weave handseals and then slam onto ground uttering the phrase "Summoning justu" his foe would then be paralysed with two human sized toad warriors impaling him through both his sides (one each side) The sheer pain would make the foe not be able to move and in reality he would be stood still. "Now you are going to answer my questions why are you this far into the forest? very peculiar for a old man to be roaming the woods...."

Though Vincent had layered another illusion incase his foe was lethal or unpredictable if the old man broke the first illusion it would be layered with another that he would instantly be impaled by large spikes holding once again in place for integration and distorting his reality, him not knowing if it was ninjustu or an illusion. he would be paralysed in real life through the second genjsutu.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

( Doujutsu: Genjutsu Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye Illusion

Description: This broadly refers to a range of genjutsu performed with the Sharingan. It has also been shown to be performed through the Sharingan's higher evolutions: the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan. By establishing eye contact with a target, the Sharingan user traps them within a sustained Genjutsu of the user's creation. Sharingan Genjutsu are stronger than other Genjutsu, being difficult to break in comparison due to the sinister chakra powering them. When utilized through the Mangekyo Sharingan, these Genjutsu are enhanced and deal an additional 40 damage. However, the time dilation effects and similar effects/ability of Tsukiyomi and custom variants cannot be replicated through these illusions. When used through the EMS, these illusions deal an addition 50 damage. In the case of Supplementary and none damaging use, these Genjutsu can be exploited for one of various purposes, such as: causing temporary paralysis in the target, forceful extraction of information, relaying memories, removing Genjutsu placed on the target by others, and controlling a target's actions. Controlling a target's abilities in limited to Summoning and other none Creation/Ninja entities. The 3 Tomoe Sharingan can forcibly controls Basic and Ancient Summoning's actions as long as they sustain this technique. MS can affect up to Mythical Contracts while EMS can effect even Legendary Summonings. This control is limited to the ability to control their physical movements with limited access to their ninjutsu, using only skills related to the Summoning itself.

In the event of Bijuu, Mangekyo Sharingan users are able to use their MS to cast powerful enough Genjutsu that even Tailed Beasts cannot break their hosts from it, being ensnarled as well. These Genjutsu can also seize control of a Tailed Beast by temporarily severing its connection to the host without the need for eye contact. If the Jinchuriki has not entered any Chakra Shroud state or higher, the user can cast a powerful Genjutsu that severs their connection and prevents access to the Bijuu as well as any of it's skills for 3 turns. Should a Chakra Shroud or Incomplete Jinchuriki transformation occur, the user is capable of preventing full access to it's Bijuu Skills for 3 turns by suppressing it. This presents itself in an inability to utilize the Tailed Beast Bomb variants, a Bijuu Skill such as Sand or Coral as well as access higher transformations. Should the user have EMS, this control is extended to blocking access for double the time and should a Complete Transformation occur, the user is capable of suppressing it's form and ending the Transformation in it's entirety and forces the health drawbacks to trigger as well as a reduced max health and chakra by 25% from fatigue. However, Bijuu Suppression can only be done by sustaining the technique at the cost of 2 moves per turn and prevents Sharingan Genjutsu for 5 turns.
Note: While powerful, the effects of Sharingan Genjutsu only last while the user actively sustains the technique, preventing usage of other Ninjutsu at the same time. This indiscriminately prevents the use of chakra in other techniques outside of basic Taijutsu only.
Note: When used in the NW, this can be used to tame a wild Tailed Beast and allow the user to summon it in an enraged state for 4 turns, only being capable of using Sharingan and non chakra enhanced Bukijutsu during this time, Ninjutsu being barred while controlling the target. This beast is summoned at max powers and has access to it's Skills and one Bijuu Pathway, determined through Official Roll in the NRP Discord. This ability can currently only be done by Madara Uchiha in the Ninja World.

After activating their Sharingan, the clan member will look into the eyes of their target to bind them with a paralyzing illusion. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.

Sillad arrived with Amalgam, the two blades merged into one, laid sheathed in its scabbard at the right hip. An odd looking fellow stood in front of him, wearing a red cloak. It immediately provoked a thought in Sillad's brain: "Didn't they have male clothing at the thrift store?"

Description: Two daggers, seemingly identical apart from their color with base length of 32cm, while the edge itself - 20cm. The handles, as well as the blades are somewhat flat with very sharp edges at the end. The first blade is called Mizu, and as the name suggest represents the Water element, glowing in navy blue color. The second blade, Kaze, glowing in white represents the Wind chakra. What makes these daggers unique is their flat surface that allows them to merge into a single dagger when placed together by the user. The one who wields them, can at will merge the blades or separate them passively, depending on his needs in battle, as the daggers have different effects in both states. When merged the blade glows in light blue colour, representing Ice. The user is able to use water, wind and ice techniques from the daggers with the same speed he would naturally. However one still needs to perform hand seals for the techniques. In the event a jutsu doesn't require hand seals, a simple slash of the dagger is enough to produce the jutsu. All of this is done withing reason, meaning if the user needs to send wind chakra through the ground by stomping his foot, then he won't be able to use the dagger for that technique.

The effects and abilities of the daggers are:
- Empowerment: When separated, the two blades give a passive boost of + 10 damage to all water and wind techniques of the user and passively drain 10 chakra from him every turn, weather or not he uses any wind or water techniques. When merged, the user will no longer have the damage boost to his wind and water jutsu, but he will instead have a +20 damage to his ice techniques. At this point, the passive chakra drain will be increased to 20 per turn, until they are separated again. If on any given turn the user has the merged dagger even for a moment, it will drain 20 chakra. The user needs to be in possession of the daggers to have this effect, but doesn't necessarily need to hold them, meaning they can be sheathed and the effects will still count. The user can only merge or separate the daggers once per turn.

- Wave: The first active use of the daggers, (A rank) The user can use the daggers to send out either a blast of wind, or a wave of water or a blast of ice shards from the daggers. This counts as a jutsu per turn and can only be used once from each dagger with a one turn cooldown. This requires two hand seals before slashing once to release the technique. If used, the user won't be able to use S rank and above techniques of the same element the following turn.

The man's eyes turned red. Sillad's in response turned pale blue. He got it now - the red cloak was meant to symbolize the Uchiha clan, how cute.

Sillad saw his opponent wave a few signs and uttered the phrase "Summoning jutsu." Two things stood out. One - with the Tenseigan active he could see the chakra flow, yet no chakra was being focused around the man. Two - he didn't draw blood for his "summoning," which usually is an essential part of the Kuchiyose no jutsu. With his Tenseigan he could clearly see his hands were devoted of any wounds and blood was not present. A quick glance at his own chakra pathway confirmed Sillad's suspicion that he was placed in an illusion. Two toad warriors appeared beside him. "Ridiculous" Sillad thought as he released a surge of Atmospheric Pressure chakra from his body, generating thousands upon thousands small thin but incredibly sharp blades of atmospheric pressure that he quickly sent towards the Uchiha scum, while simultaneously breaking free from the illusion. "I am not here to play make-believe, boy" The Frost Monarch controlled the petals and directed them to converge on his opponent from all sides. Sillad would also refrain from looking at the Sharingan again.

(Your second jutsu is short ranged and wouldn't reach me so the chakra surge from the AP would be enough to break free from the illusion.)

( Doujutsu: Tenseigan ) - Eye Technique: Reincarnation Eye

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

(Kiastsu: Juuman Ha Odori) Atmospheric Pressure Release: Ten Thousand Blades Dance

Description: The user will release a massive amount of atmospheric pressure chakra out of their body and then with it form thousands upon thousands of countless small thin but incredibly sharp blades of atmospheric pressure that almost look like light green sakura petals. The blades will completely surround the opponent and can be controlled by the user at will. The blades will all converge onto the opponent and begin cutting the opponent an incredible number of time from all angles possible turning where they stand into nothing but a pile of dust. The large amount of atmospheric pressure contained within the countless blades will cause minor cuts to the user when used.
~Can only be used twice per battle, and no atmospheric pressure the next two turns.

"Ridiculous" Sillad thought as he released a surge of Atmospheric Pressure chakra from his body, generating thousands upon thousands small thin but incredibly sharp blades of atmospheric pressure that he quickly sent towards the Uchiha scum, while simultaneously breaking free from the illusion. "I am not here to play make-believe, boy" The Frost Monarch controlled the petals and directed them to converge on his opponent from all sides. Sillad would also refrain from looking at the Sharingan again.

Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. The large amount of atmospheric pressure contained within the countless blades will cause minor cuts to the user when used.

By forcibly converting the body's fat reserves into energy, each successive pill ingested gives a tremendous power boost by forcefully pushing the normal metabolism and abilities of the Akimichi clan members beyond their normal limit. However, each pill poses a great risk on the user. Forcing such process upon the body makes the user lose much of his body mass, specially all of the fat. Not only that, but, as the fat is metabolized into energy, it leaves many poisonous and toxic byproducts within the body. While in the normal rate of the metabolism, these are dealt with and eliminated before they can do any harm, in an accelerated metabolism they accumulate in high amounts before the body can expel them. This poisons the body and produces enormous physical damage. As each pill is consumed, more power is released inside the user but more damage he takes from its use.
( Horengan ) Spinach Pill - The first pill and the most basic ones. Any Genin can use this and it grants the user a slightly higher physical strength ( +15 to Taijutsu), increased speed ( x1.5 speed). After eating it, the effects last for 5 turns. While in use, the user suffers 10 damage per turn.
( Karegan ) Curry Pill - The second pill and the first one considered dangerous. Any Chunin Ninja ranked Akimichi can user it. One must have already eaten the Spinach Pill and have it’s effects still active for this to trigger. Once consumed, the user gains an additional 20 damage to Taijutsu as well as a 2.5x speed boost, increasing his sensing at the same level. After eating, these effects last for 4 turns but while in use, the user suffers 15 damage per turn. After the pills wear off, the user cannot use Taijutsu or related fields for 2 turns and have a decrease in base speed by 2.
( Tongarashigan ) Chili Pill - The third and last pill but also the most dangerous of all. This pill can only be used by Jounin and requires the user to still be under the effects off the previous pill. Unlike the previous two, this pill does not directly increase the user’s skills and speed. Instead, this pill allows access to Butterfly Mode, the unique transformation amongst Akimichi otherwise inaccessible. This pill lasts up to 6 turns and deals 20 damage to the user per turn. However, upon this pill’s duration ending, the user suffers an inability to use physical body arts for 3 turns and a reduction of base speed by 4 levels for that same time.
Note: The first and second pills can be used twice, but only after they have timed out and at least 5 turns have passed. The final pill can only be used once, after which no pills can be used.
Note: Damage taken via pills cannot be mitigated, only actively healed afterwards and not via passive abilities.

Well, body surge is basically any technique that is released from your entire body. Chidori Nagashi, Earth Armour are such techniques, and no where in their descriptions you see the word "surge." That being said, the sheer size of my technique makes it impossible to free form dodge it in my opinion, let alone when you expand yourself and become even easier target. We'll see what the checker has to say in the end if it comes to it.



As the man leaped forward, Sillad would leap back and to the left ten meters, keeping the distance from his foe. As the man expanded in size, Sillad would activate his Tenseigan Chakra Mode. In a burst of speed (64) he would vanish from sight of the fatty (60 tracking) as he rushed to his left (free form dodge) while releasing a green orb at his opponent, creating a huge explosion upon impact. Sillad would rush to long range (20m) and observe the movements of his foe.

(note that the speed of your attack would be 12. as you said you activate the curry pill after the attack)

"Seems this old dog does indeed have some tricks" Vincent was on edge that blast was powerful caught with another and he would be done for.

Vincent would induce him into a illusion where his surrounding's would go black and white and swords would be levitating around him Vincent would manipulate them in the illusion to pierce through the old man and causing immense pain and paralysis, At the same time as this Vincent would jump backwards making the distance larger to 15 meters (Free Form Dodge backwards 10) and not needing hand seals (Apex Caramel) would cause a massive solid caramel dragon to form from the ground below him and cause him to take to the sky still long range from the old man.

As the dragon rose into the sky it would shoot a blast of caramel as it gained a meter or two at the old man this was hot liquid and would fry him if he remained still, The dragon would ascend until 10 meters in the sky and still 15 meters distance between them and there foe.

The body is made of solid caramel that would shine allowing it to have a solid defence while making it's attacks strong too. The user can also form this by performing the three handseals and spitting out the caramel dragon allowing it to take form. This dragon has another unique trait in that it can spew out a mass of liquid hot caramel, large enough to cover a 15m radius area or for attack/defence. This will be A rank in power counting towards one of the users 3 moves per turn.

Note: Useable twice. Must wait 2 turns after the first one is destroyed to be able to use it again.

The Monarch's attack landed, but his foe still had fight in him left. Now at long range, Sillad would see the opponent summon forth a dragon made out of some strange substance. Sillad would arch to his right, rushing as the dragon spilled what seemed to be caramel at him. Utilizing his Tenseigan he gathered nearby debris from the earth around him. Some of the debris would hover above Sillad, intercepting the dragon's attack while others would be sent out towards the Dragon and the Uchiha. Sillad would reach mid range and run around his opponent, sending additional debris at the dragon and at his opponent, creating a 360 degree continuous attack.
