Personality:
Kafka has a comically childish personality in most situations, resulting in him being an easy target for teasing by other characters despite being a determined and dedicated individual in serious situations, bringing him to try his best to do everything to succeed whether individually or for the betterment of the group. Kafka is also a genuinely caring and kind guy, resulting in him going out of his way to help and care for others, regardless if they want it or not. Some examples of this behavior are when Kafka offers solutions to inconveniences saves people from imminent danger, and sometimes scolds them for not taking better care of themselves.
It's for these reasons that Kafka does everything he can to not disappoint or sadden those who have put their trust and belief in him. Having to break that connection in times of need causes him to become insecure and unsure of what he will be able to achieve in the future.

Kafka is a tall man with dark brown spiky hair, large eyes with small irises, thin eyebrows, and a mild goatee on his chin, he sports a rather muscular frame except for his slightly pudgy belly and he usually has a jovial expression on his face.Kafka's sage transformation form is mostly covered with coal-black scales and plates, cyan energy sometimes glowing from between the cracks (most notably when he is charging a powerful attack). However, his head, spine, and clavicles appear to be made from exposed bone, resulting in these features being a contrasting white. Large plates with dorsal spines cover the back of his head and neck above the shoulders with the very top piece being white. As for his head, it has been described as a 'demonic skull-face' with two short, thick horns, a hole for a nose, and sharp, exposed teeth that extend down his neck. His eyes have black sclera with a cyan iris. Seemingly originating from them are several cracks, the left eye having several chunks of the 'mask' missing on the lower left part.

When Kafka was 23, he had already failed his Defense Force Entrance Exam four times. However, he gave it another shot when an 18-year-old Mina tried joining for the first time, eventually joining while Kafka failed again. Despite the failure, Kafka encouraged Mina to go on as he would catch up with her soon. Unbeknownst to Kafka, Mina was being studied due to her incredible strength, eventually holding a grudge against Kafka for not joining her as he promised.

At some point in his childhood, Kafka and Mina Ashiro met each other after a Jinchuriki attack, swearing to fight against Jinchuriki alongside each other as future Defense Force members.

You can perform techniques of a skill specialized in without the usage of hand seals, though you must still perform complementary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description. Does not require another Specialty to utilize.
Sourceless Materializing Specialist:You can materialize your element or skill you specialize in without needing a source. This applies towards various Elemental Jutsu where logical such as Water or Earth based substances and Fields that require a source to first be present and not created such as Advanced Ninjutsu ( Rain, Sound, Ink, etc ).
Transmuted Monsters:The user become capable of using Complete Sage Transformation with access to previously restricted fields such as Medjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc.
Calorie Control:Practised users are able to convert their calories into chakra on their own. Because they are in complete control of how much of their body weight is turned into chakra, it poses less of a risk to the user and the red chili pill is no longer required to enter Butterfly Mode.
Apex Tracker Specialist:With more heightened senses, the user is capable of gaining a now increased x2.5 tracking. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory.
Artist:The user is capable of using Ink techniques without having to physically draw them on objects, just in the air.
