History:
Tobi's background is mostly unknown. He sometimes proclaims to be Madara Uchiha but no one believes. He acts in a goofy manner often joking and jesting although he has been seen to get serious in battle in rare scenarios. Everyone wants to unmask him but the mask stays on!

As mentioned by a few in this thread; a few things that need to be addressed in this bio to bring it to a more approvable status, namely the fact that you lack access to a Tobi biography due to rank and Kumi locks. Nice bio! Just to mention a few things

Tobi (White Zetsu) is classed as a Tier two Canon Bio. This costs Kumi and you need to be at the genin rank to use it. I would first suggest making a custom character to learn the ropes and you can earn Kumi for the Canon bio you want later

Secondly, as an academy student you get 10AP stat points to use. Which you can put in your desired stats. However, forgeyying Vitality as it is classed as a bonus stat, all your other stats must have a minimum of 2.

In this case all you need to do is take the 1ap you put in Vitality and place it spirit.

Once you get to rank up you can be a bit more creative as you will have more AP to play with!

For a basic introduction into the game, it's quite easy to pick up something familiar to yourself. Once you're comfortable, going down the custom route is best. But, starting with a standard base isn't always bad.
