Gohan stood among the flowing fields, wind brushing through the plains. This was a favourite place for Gohan; he would come here to fish in the rivers often. On this occasion, a strange situation presented itself. Standing before Gohan was someone who seemed to be picking a fight. Gohan was never really one to be provoked; however, for some reason, he couldn't help but dislike this person who had invaded his favourite place with such an attitude.
"I don't know who you are... but you will pay for sullying this place with your presence."
Gohan passively activated his byakugan, while he raised his right arm, pointing straight out towards this other person, a type of energy swiftly took form in his hand in the shape of a ball, purply green in colour (Purple - MPM, Green - Original Jutsu description). Wasting no time, Gohan fired the green energy straight towards his foe without moving a single step.

The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

( Ningyō Noroitama ) - Puppet Cursing Technique

Description: The user molds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. This sphere is held and can be seen as similar to the Rasengan in appearance. By sending it at an opponent, the user can use these spheres to temporarily take control of an opponent's body, effectively turning them into a puppet, with limitations of course. It also has tactical purposes, allowing the user to read the minds of those it enters, mentally linking to the user. These spheres can also have damaging effects, causing damage if used as an offensive sphere of chakra, similar to Rasengan. The user cannot use it for both puppet mimicry and to damage the opponent in the same turn. The user can alternatively use the offensive variant through his actual puppets, not the ones used from this jutsu.

I turn to this small child who starts mouthing off at me, wondering what did I ever do to deserve such treatment. As I see the young boy's eyes change before me, a familiar feeling rising up within me. Was it....challenge? As I recognize the doujutsu, I reflexively reciprocate the action, activating my own Byakugan passively.

"You act rashly for someone so young." I see him raise his arm, forming a swirling mass of purple and green energy, a technique I am quite familiar with, however something foreign had tainted the purity of the technique. "To pervert the essence of that technique, shows you have no OTSUTSUKI PRIDE!" As the orb hurtles in my direction, I raise my own arm, an arm of cybernetic design and intricate mechanisms. Channeling my chakra through it, I generate a glimmering lime green orb which upon contact with your own perverted technique, begins absorbing it, in its entirety.

Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

With little hesitation after the sealing of your technique, I reach out with my other hand. Due to my specialization with this element of Liquid Fire, I require no handseals to perform my jutsu, releasing several (3) tendrils of bright, purple-tinted green flames at you, spiraling like ferocious flaming spears, aiming to drill through your left thigh, your stomach and finally your chest.

Gohan heard the replies of his adversary. It was funny really, the last time he allowed an unknown to act it cost him greatly. He would not make the same mistake.
"You speak of Otsutsuki pride, yet here you are, part of you not even an organic Otsutsuki. Relying on cybernetics. I am sure there is a version of me somewhere that could have done with such an arm, but I will not listen to such a hypocrite."
Gohan watched as his technique was absorbed with little effort into the foreign body part of his adversary before being faced with spears of greenish purple fire. Gohan, however, did not show an ounce of panic. His stare was deadpan. Instead, he simply channelled his chakra into the ground below him. He turned the ground below him into a black powder-like substance, gunpowder, to be exact, raising it upwards. Gohan blocked the green fire spears.
Usually, Fire would be an effective measure against his gunpowder; however, in this case, it helped Gohan instead. As the green fire spears (40) struck the wall of gunpowder protecting his body (110), it not only stopped in its tracks due to the strength of the gunpowder but also caused the gunpowder to ignite and explode. Gohan, using a special technique, directed this neutral explosion towards his opponent. The explosion was large and fierce as it projected upwards, heading for this other Otsutsuki, aiming to end it here and now.

Description: The most rudimentary technique of the element. By focusing Gunpowder chakra throughout their body, into the surrounding ground, the user is able to create tools and constructs made of Gunpowder. These can range from kunais to full length swords and spears for close combat. It may also include different traps such as rising gunpowder from beneath the enemy similarly to the water imprisonment technique. This also includes pillars, walls and other complex constructs. Whenever the user is in physical contact with his creations, he can at will make it change its shape and form; from a sword to a spear or a pillar to an orb etc. (this does not include rank of the jutsu which remains the same no matter what the technique morphs into). The techniques vary in size and power depending on the amount of chakra utilized, where the S-rank version of this technique allows someone to make jutsus as big as the canon ‘Destructive Earth Rising Pillars’. However when these constructs come into contact with any form of fire or an element that can create heat or a flame, these constructs explode immediately. The user can at will cause a weapon in his hand or any construct on the field, which he has made through this jutsu, to immediately explode (costing 5 chakra). The user can make multiple objects but the power is divided between them, for example if the user makes two swords with the A rank use, each sword will be B rank in power.
When these constructs explode, with the explosive power of gunpowder, the release shockwaves around proportional to the size of the technique that was detonated. These shockwaves contain no chakra and are just a result of the detonation, carrying the same rank as the jutsu used. Techniques B rank and below release a shockwave 5m around the gunpowder. A ranks release an shockwave up to 10m around the blast. S ranks and above release a blast 15m around the explosion. Should the user create an A rank construct, when it's detonated but the user or another means, the blast will release a shockwave 10m around, which is a double edge blade, as the user will be struck if within range.

What this technique does is it allows the user to use precise chakra control to control the detonation of the Gunpowder, using their chakra to create their own form of a "gun-like barrel," to channel the explosion and the shockwave itself. Due to using this to focus the explosion, it will increase the damage of the detonation by 1 rank or 20 damage. This technique is used purely to control the blast, allowing the user to focus it in any direction he wishes, be it an 180° angle from where the blast occurred, upwards, etc. This technique can be used to force the denotation through a spark and control the blast and the resulting shockwave in this manor. I forgot to add into my jutsu an increase of 5 damage due to my MIND AP.

The milky-white irises of his Byakugan began to spin, the intricate patterns within them shifting as they pulsed with an evolving power. Awakening it passively, from his Byakugan to his Tenseigan. He could see the chakra gathering, forming of the constructs to intercept his flames, the volatility of the element being used.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.
Reflexively he pushes off from the ground, the very air below him compressing with his chakra, propelling him upward and backward with incredible speed. The explosion, immense and deadly, passes harmlessly below him, a great blossoming cloud of black smoke and vibrant green fire that tore a trench in the landscape.
As he ascends, his hand, coated in that same ethereal green chakra, gestured above Gohan. The earth-shattering explosion had thrown countless boulders and debris into the air. With a great deal of focus, Lio pulls from around you, the broken masses of earth and other debris caused by the explosion, forming a large, dense sphere about 10 meters above you. With a downward sweep of his arm, he sends the colossal boulder hurtling down towards Gohan, a silent, destructive meteor aiming to crush the small child.

Gohan watched as his technique tore through the landscape while his opponent dodged safely into the air. His opponent casually threw a few jeers his way. Gohan, however, ignored them. The landscape could be rebuilt. This person, however, would always disrupt Gohan's peace unless he did something about them.
It didn't take long before the landscape debris began moving towards a single point in the sky above him. It may have been silent, but it certainly wasn't stealthily done, forgetting that Gohan's byakugan could see this all occur, even if he wasn't directly looking at it. The debris lifting into the sky was pretty glaring.
Gohan's eyes narrowed. As an Otsutsuki himself, he was fully aware of the possibilities and dangers. His enemy had already activated the Tenseigan, and Gohan knew there was an even greater danger to that. Knowing this, he made his own preparations. They would be a detriment to his body, but they would protect him from future trouble.
His decision made, Gohan channelled his star chakra around him, his expertise in the art allowing him to bypass the need for a hand seal. A Dragon made of dense purple chakra spiralled around Gohan's form, protecting him, and launched itself upwards with great power towards the incoming small meteor. The dragon's power smashed through it without trouble and continued heading straight for his adversary.
With this ability's power and protection, Gohan need not worry too much about his enemy's Tenseigan potential. His enemy mocked the star chakra, but he was about to learn its true power.

Lio rocketed downward, not with the intent to engage the dragon head-on, but to make a mockery of its power. He flew directly into the path of the oncoming construct, making it seem as if a violent collision was inevitable. At the last possible moment, however, Lio's immense speed and precise control caused him to swerve effortlessly to the side, allowing the dragon's momentum to carry it harmlessly past.
With his path clear, Lio continued his descent, his momentum carrying him within mid-range of Gohan. Without a moment's hesitation, he thrust his arms out, channeling his chakra into his Reincarnation Thrust. A wave of absolute repulsive force exploded from his body, aimed at both Gohan and the massive dragon behind him. The dragon's form began to warp and distort from the immense pressure of the repulsion before it was completely forced back and away from the battlefield. Gohan, caught completely within the blast, felt the full brunt of the physical force, unable to defend against the technique due to his prior move.

Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.

He quickly reached down in a hurry, undoing the seals of his leg weights, allowing them to drop to the floor and finally allowing Gohan to feel some of the freedom he had been missing.

His opponent reached mid-range during this action, which Gohan was aware of, and it didn't take long for this strange person to spread his arms outwards and release a repulsive force that seemed strong enough to push his chakra dragon away. The repulsion force and his adversary closed in quickly towards him; however, Gohan acted with haste. He dodged backwards at a speed incomparable to before, a difference of heaven and earth, moving out of mid-range into long range, attempting to avoid the repulsive force and his adversary, heading his way.
After reaching a safe distance from his opponent, and after the repulsion force had been expended, he performed a single-hand seal as what seemed like black hail began raining down on his opponent, which was limited to a short range around his adversary. This black Hail Rain was, in fact, gunpowder. This gunpowder set off a chain reaction of explosions all around his adversary. The rain of gunpowder would last a while, and if his opponent didn't do something soon, he would surely be heavily injured.
Gohan watched from long range, his dragon still active but pushed away from the repulsive power outside of the gunpowder's influence. The dragon would passively make its way back towards Gohan's side for the time being, as the chakra tether between them held strong.

Of course, if any form of energy-based techniques is used like lightning, fire or energy-based techniques, it will cause the pebbles to react and begin a chain reaction of explosions with severe results. The chain reaction of explosions will occur for as long as the rain is falling. In addition to the fact that it prevents energy-based techniques usage, the rain of gunpowder can also be utilized as a medium for other gunpowder-based techniques. Lio was watching, his original plan was to shock his opponent with the graceful movement however, his opponent wasn't even reacting, he was lowering himself. What was it, a technique? Some hidden power that would change the tide of this battle....weights. LEG WEIGHTS!? This child was participating in this barbaric form of child abuse?! Fine, if he wanted to increase the speed of this battle who was he to deny him.
As the weights hit the ground, Lio abandoned his initial plan, he would join in on the speed battle. Neon spectral flames explode from within him and surrounded him like a cloak. His form takes on a silhouetted appearance, with defined, stark white outlines, two horn-like flames from his head and his own bright eyes. Some of these flames take shape to appear as segments of armor, these form atop his head as a partial helmet with a visor that resembles jagged pointed teeth and ends in two horn like flairs, along his arms as gauntlets and stilted blade-like greaves that cover his legs.

He banked hard in the sky, his speed cutting through the air as he started to circle his foe below. The wind rushed past him, a stark contrast to the burning heat he was gathering within. "Let's add some heat to the battle" he thought, channeling his chakra. A deluge of Liquid Fire poured from his form, raining down from above. The scorching torrent landed with a hiss and a roar, spreading instantly to cover the landscape below. But this was no simple blaze. From the fiery lake, towering waves of flame rose and surged forward, crashing against one another in a brilliant, suffocating circle that would encircle the boy, trapping him in a vortex of pure heat and destruction. Spreading across the vast land around them.

Gohan witnessed his opponent's flare-up of chakra. It was reminiscent of a previous technique he used to empower himself that seemed to escape him currently. Still, for now, despite his opponent's rapid increase in speed, he had no trouble tracking his movements. Catching him, on the other hand, could be an issue as he watched his adversary circle him in the air. His adversary let loose a large torrent of liquid flame which would strike the earth below, swallowing up the terrain and Gohan with it. However, Gohan swiftly performed 3 hand seals, letting loose his chakra. The ground beneath the surface turned to gunpowder at a frightening rate, which converged all into a single point swiftly. passively, a spark was created as the large ball of gunpowder erupted into a magnificent explosion, Gohan empowered his technique further, allowing it to control the blast to an extent, by directing the explosion around himself as it proceeded to engulf the liquid flame and push it away along with the blast, engulfing the terrain, and his opponent. This was a blast unlike anything he had used previously and his opponent would surely know it.

Description: A newly developed technique which has become known as Ragnarok, the destruction of the gods, for its sheer power and destruction. The technique relies heavily on the utilization of a massive amount of the users energy. The technique is initiated by the user after performing three hand seals, where then everything will commence. Beneath the surface, the ground will be grounded into almost dust particles, they will be combined with both fire and earth chakra, causing the formation of gunpowder within the earth itself. All of it will converge and form one enormous condensed orb of gunpowder within the ground at the users desired location, normally about 10m underground making it hard for doujutsu users to see it for the most part but not impossible for the likes of the Byakugan. With the orb forming, the user can passively create a spark within the gunpowder itself, this will cause the orb in the ground to instantaneously explode out in all directions, without warning, it will cause the earth beside and above it to violently explode out in all directions, ripping and tearing through everything in its path, trees, plants, buildings and people will be shredded and torn to nothing as the explosion and the shock wave moves across the land. The technique is large enough to hit everything 30m all around the point of detonation, the explosive crater large enough to take out a village, while the shockwave and after effects of the explosion will destroy everything around the area, blasting trees from the ground and causing buildings to come crumbling down. Should the user get caught in the blast, he will suffer the same damage unless he defends himself from it. Description: A newly developed technique which has become known as Ragnarok, the destruction of the gods, for its sheer power and destruction. The technique relies heavily on the utilization of a massive amount of the users energy. The technique is initiated by the user after performing three hand seals, where then everything will commence. Beneath the surface, the ground will be grounded into almost dust particles, they will be combined with both fire and earth chakra, causing the formation of gunpowder within the earth itself. All of it will converge and form one enormous condensed orb of gunpowder within the ground at the users desired location, normally about 10m underground making it hard for doujutsu users to see it for the most part but not impossible for the likes of the Byakugan. With the orb forming, the user can passively create a spark within the gunpowder itself, this will cause the orb in the ground to instantaneously explode out in all directions, without warning, it will cause the earth beside and above it to violently explode out in all directions, ripping and tearing through everything in its path, trees, plants, buildings and people will be shredded and torn to nothing as the explosion and the shock wave moves across the land. The technique is large enough to hit everything 30m all around the point of detonation, the explosive crater large enough to take out a village, while the shockwave and after effects of the explosion will destroy everything around the area, blasting trees from the ground and causing buildings to come crumbling down. Should the user get caught in the blast, he will suffer the same damage unless he defends himself from it. Description: This is a jutsu that is used alongside a Gunpowder technique. This can be used in the same timeframe as a Gunpowder technique being forced to explode or when an outside source causes it to explode. What this technique does is it allows the user to use precise chakra control to control the detonation of the Gunpowder, using their chakra to create their own form of a "gun-like barrel," to channel the explosion and the shockwave itself. Due to using this to focus the explosion, it will increase the damage of the detonation by 1 rank or 20 damage. This technique is used purely to control the blast, allowing the user to focus it in any direction he wishes, be it an 180° angle from where the blast occurred, upwards, etc. This technique can be used to force the denotation through a spark and control the blast and the resulting shockwave in this manor. This technique is usable four times per battle.

Gohan's attack was impressive, a massive display of destructive power that sought to consume everything in its path. But Lio was already in motion. As the liquid flame was repelled and the explosion raced towards him, a single word formed in his mind: repel.
With a flare-up of his own chakra, a powerful, invisible wave of repulsive force erupted from his body. This was not a physical barrier, nor a wall of chakra, but a pure, absolute push. The wave of Reincarnation Thrust met Gohan's Ragnarok head-on, not with a clash of elements, but with a total negation of force. The immense pressure and heat of the explosion were simply pushed away, harmlessly scattering into the sky and ground around him.
But this was not merely a defense. Having closed the distance to within mid range (10m) with his superior speed, and continuing to short rangeas the repulsive force continued its advance, turning Gohan's own attack back on him. The wave, now supercharged by the initial clash, raced towards Gohan, carrying with it a lethal payload of debris and shrapnel from his own explosion. The full, devastating force of the Reincarnation Thrust was now aimed squarely at Gohan, a fatal counter-attack that sought to end the fight.

Description: The user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.

Gohan's move was terrifying and destructive. It was a move that annihilated the field, unfortunately, thank to Gohan's byakugan, He could see the wall of force heading his way along with his opponent. There was no escape for gohan... HOWEVER, little to Gohan's and his opponents knowledge, Gohan was needed at this very moment.. Faar away, in the world of monkeys, Enma and Sun wukong were pacing, impatient as they had there own problems and required Gohans help. Enma threw his hand to the ground and in a puff of smoke Gohan was summoned to the monkey world.
Gohan blinked a few times surprised, expecting to have been crushed and dead, but his luck had somehow kept him alive today...
His opponent would see as his wall of force was approaching Gohan, He would suddenly dissappear in a puff of smoke.. knowhere to be seen..
