I just rewatch Heroes Arising, the 2019 movie. They had to nerf him for others to be safe and Deku to keep up.

No amount of defense should be able to take on an atomic walking bomb of an hero.

the movie showed him able to maintain a full blast in the direction of his choosing

Give him his crown already.

It is not crazy if you consider that he is a walking bomb, the idea he allows himself take damage when he can always release a last-minute blast to distort his enemy attack vexes me. The shockwave from the blast should do much even if the blast misses the target. he has the stamina for continuous rampage if the need arises.
