Right, Now that we are back in business Fuuin wise..

( Hijutsu: Fūinjutsu Kai ) – Secret Technique: Sealing Release - A technique used to dispel fuinjutsu techniques of B ranks and below, an Uzumaki can dispel up to A rank and a Advanced sealing specialist can dispel up to S rank. fairly simple technique

( Fūinjutsu: Seikatsu Kekkai ) – Sealing Technique: Living Barrier - A technique which uses two bladed objects, which upon crossing them activates a seal that seals away 50% of the chakra of any opponent within short range of the user and restricts them to A rank techniques. the sealing method lasts 2 turns, should the enemy leave short range they regain their full abilities.

I really like this technique and can see myself using it

Ok I'ma take this over while the elderly is out of commission.

Firstly, we'll go over the difference between regular and advanced sealing, just so I'm sure you know what you have and don't have when it comes to canons and custom range.

You clearly know what regular fuuin is, but advanced fuuin gives a few things that regular doesn't. Things that fall under advanced fuuin and wouldn't be accessible to you ATM would be:

Medical fuuin techniques. Peep in my cj thread the med fuuin techs teno taught me. You wouldn't be able to do that kinda stuff without advanced fuuin.

Body seals. So regular fuuin doesn't give access to body seals unless they were created before a certain time. I'm not sure of the exact date, but it was a long ass time ago; So safe to say you just can't learn body seals or make them until you get advanced fuuin.

Greater chakra threshold for sealing and higher rank fuuin overall. This the biggest buff it gives. I'm not 100% sure but I've seen a mod say that S rank and forbidden rank fuuin falls under advanced fuuin. But it kinda doesn't make sense for regular fuuin to not have S ranks since the S ranks of advanced fuuin have greater chakra than normal. A normal fuuin technique of S rank would hold 40 chakra, thus be capable of sealing that amount of chakra when it comes to techniques. Advanced fuuin allows the techniques to have up to 70 chakra cap when it comes to sealing, allowing you to seal techniques of 70 chakra and below.

It's a pretty big leap from fuuin and advanced and pretty worth the price tbh. Any questions on this before we continue the training of regular fuuin?

I'll explain each technique, just give me pros and cons and questions you have, if any.

( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user, after having obtained some of the opponent's blood, touches a summoning that the opponent is controlling, causing a kanji formula to generate which forces the summoner to lose control of that summon. The summon does not fight for the user, but instead disappears back to its summon realm.
Note: Can only be used twice by regular sealing users while medical sealing masters can use it indefinitely.

This is a seal where obtain blood from your opponent some way, then use that blood while touching one of their summonings to cause a kanji to appear on the summoning animal. This won't give any sort of control over the animal or beast, but instead would immediately reverse summon them back and end their summoning technique altogether. I'll assume this will only work on A rank or below summons since it has 30 chakra threshold while it takes more for anything above A rank.

( Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilized by taking a tag that bears the symbol for "Restrict". When placed upon the opponent it generates an electrical current that is not physically harmful. However this flows through the nervous system and restricts the movement of muscles. This slows down the opponent and prevents him from using A-rank Tai and above for three turns.
Note: If applied by a medical ninja with sealing mastery, the effect will last until released.

Pretty simple technique where you place a seal on the opponents. The seal causes an electrical pulse to go through the person's body and limit them physically. The limits are pretty simple tbh, which is limiting you to B rank or lower tai techniques

( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal

Pros -
With this technique you can banish a summon nullifying a numbers advantage, this could be applied to any form of summoning such as iron maiden, not seeming to be limited to just animals specifically.

Cons - Requires the enemies blood, this is generally not an easy thing to obtain in the first place, it also requires contact to be made which is generally impractical in some situations,

( Suji Haji Fūin ) - Muscle Restriction Seal

Pros
- The ability to restrict a persons capability in taijutsu whiles in close combat is a great thing already, this technique could easily be used in conjunction with chakraless tai techniques to force your opponent into a corner and disadvantage.

Cons - The technique is one that requires you to touch your opponent, whiles not a massive detriment in a close range scuffle it makes the technique very specific in its use, this techniques use depends more on your opponents skillset, this is very effective on those with a plethora of tai techs and gentle fist users due to having more options above B rank, whiles this really doesnt have much of a detriment to those who only have basic tai in the first place

Question - This technique mentions restricting speed but due to the technique likely being slightly outdated mentions no number values, so is this just fluff text at best now?

Question - Since this technique works on tai techniques it should also work on all Bukijutsu which would require movements as well limiting them to B rank also? This would make the most sense

I'll ask about that, but for now let's go with just Tai. Some bukijutsu can be dangerous and do damage based off stuff like sharpness of the weapon for example.

( Shishienjin ) - Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn to sustain)
Damage Points: N/A ( 60 if the opponent makes physical contact with the barrier )
Description: This technique requires four people or clones to use. The people must be standing forming a square, they will then make the snake handseal and clasp their hands. A barrier forms around them on all sides, stopping anyone from outside from coming into the square. If they touch the walls, they will be burnt by violet flames. The casters can add a secondary barrier outside to prevent them from being attacked by enemies on the outside of the square; although by doing so, they are unable to attack as well. Each barrier can sustain any A-Rank technique.
Note: Requires 4 ninjas or 4 clones to use.

Idk if you've seen /read Naruto, but this is just what the sound 4 did around Hiruzen and Oro when they were fighting in konoha. You'd need 4 people to perform this, whether its you and some clones, or you and other rp'ers/their clones. You guys make a barrier that can withstand A rank attacks and cause 60 damage if anyone/anything physically touches it. A second barrier can also be casted around the creators to protect them from attacks from behind and stuff. The second barrier is directly similar to the first.

( Fuuinjutsu: Bunshin Torappu ) - Sealing Arts: Clone Trap
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: When an opponents is prepared to land a physical blow, the user quickly creates an earth clone to take the hit instead. The earth clone will then revert back to mud, which uniquely hardens to restrain the opponent's limb as the rest of their body is spread with cursed seals. However, it can be overcome if the user expels an S rank chakra surge.

A pretty decent technique where when someone is about to strike you, you create an earthen clone directly from your body that will take the hit instead of you. This immediately turns into an ensnaring mud that hardens on the limb that hits it while extending sealing scripts across the rest of the body to restrain them.

Pros -
Locks in an opponent preventing them from escaping, the added barrier on the outside can also protect the mediums for the inner barrier, this technique is able to contain any A rank technique, it can create an outer barrier to protect the 4 individuals which maintain the barrier

Cons - This takes 4 people to perform in the first place to lock in an opponent which other techniques are capable of with less requirements, the technique cannot take an attack above A rank meaning this logically wouldn't be able to prevent anyone from escaping, whiles it can create an outer barrier, it prevents the 4 clones or individuals from attacking

I have indeed read Naruto, its been a while so sometimes my memory can be rusty but I clearly remember this technique

( Fuuinjutsu: Bunshin Torappu ) - Sealing Arts: Clone Trap

Pros -
A decent technique, it can seal enemies who intend to strike the target which opens them up for other techniques, it forces the opponent to have to use a particular kind of technique if they are caught, due to the nature of this technique it is difficult to avoid however not impossible.

Cons - Like previous techniques, this is one that has a very particular usage and works best in one kind of situation, it also has a clear weakness.

Question - Despite this being a sealing technique, it also seems to be an earth technique, would this mean it follows earths strengths and weaknesses? if so that would be another con as the typical A rank nagashi full body surge available to everyone would mean it can be much more easily prevented

This is a simple seal where the user does 2 simple handseals and slams his ground on a surface. Upon that surface, a 2 meter diameter sealing formula circle of kanjis and markings spreads, activating the technique. Any enemy that makes contact with the formula becomes unable to mold chakra as the sealing technique drains his chakra and his stamina. If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.


(Juinjutsu: Hayaguchikotoba Shīru) Cursed Seal Technique: Tongue Twister Seal
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 40

Description:
This Cursed Seal was the one given to all members of the ANBU subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about Danzō or the organization could fall into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines. The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I have been very busy with some IRL issues

(Fuuinjutsu: Haisui Chakura) Sealing Arts: Chakra Draining Seal - A simple technique where the user seemingly slams his hands on a surface? (This section is a bit iffy as it seems there is a typo here), once done a sealing circle spreads from the area of contact up to 2 meters, half of short range, an enemy which makes contact with the formula become unable to mould chakra and gets their chakra and stamina drained, upon exiting the seal the enemy regains use of their chakra.

Pros - Using this technique you can prevent your enemy from using their chakra, effectively crippling them along with the added bonus of consuming their chakra.

Cons - where do I start... the two meter range? Half of short range, in the ninja world we could make a small hop and be out of range of this seal, the speeds which we have to contend against means the likelyhood of being able to use this technique in close range is very unlikely unless we can place the seal on our own bodies as the surface and have the seal spread outwards and move along with us, the fact it also requires hand-seals is another point which cripples this technique as it slows it even further.

(Juinjutsu: Hayaguchikotoba Shīru) Cursed Seal Technique: Tongue Twister Seal - A common seal used by Danzo to keep control of information from spreading which was deemed confidential, the seals causes paralysis and takes away their ability to speak or move, only momentary contact is needed to place this seal which can be done secretly, this technique can be activated by the user to cause the paralysis.

Pros - Paralysis and can be placed secretly, although the secret part legit is unlikely to mean much in this type of roleplay, can be forcefully activated to induce the paralysis

Cons - Require physical contact, who on earth is going to let me make physical contact if I post this technique, whether they know I'm using it or not lol, can be broken via a chakra surge also which are all too common these days.

It seals everything around the user up to mid range, in a sphere, into your body on death. If you look at the fight between Sasuke and Danzo, at the end, this is the deal that activates around Danzo. This gives you a clear representation of how it works.

Personally this would be tempting to apply on myselfl, especially since the "Harder control" aspect really has no downsides in the RP, perhaps if this technique limited jutsu of a certain level or it caused you to consume +20 chakra without adding it to a jutsu would be better in todays roleplay, otherwise I see this as nothing but an advantage in its current state,

This technique states it costs 20 more chakra, not increasing the value of the chakra within the jutsu. You can only add 10 chakra to a technique. BUT, this is like with say hungry ghost, you are paying 50 chakra more along side the technique it's infused into, but it doesn't increase the jutsu by 50 chakra.
