CQC Kakuzu would annihilate BUT, far range if he can somehow prep his bigger blast techs then I would give it to Deidara high diff since Kakuzu has range too. Very strong range. A lot of what Kakuzu can do is quicker than pretty much everything Deidara can do, the wind volley has the potential to blow away most of his clay too. Or C4 or whatever its supposed to be while he's molding it. There's also no guarantee he can destroy all of Kakuzu's heart within a blast or so either. Kakuzu ALSO has the ability to extend his arms and snatch up Deidara if he tries to fly off. But I'll give Deidei the benefit of the doubt and say if they start at range, he takes it high diff and again, close range Kakuzu neg diff... Easily. This MU would be better with some scenarios in place. Too much thinking involved for an open battle. That's my way of saying there's way too much to consider.

Sasuke, Gaara, and everyone who fought Deidara was only ever able to tag him by taking him off-guard. Onoki had to work on his speed to match him. He is a speedster. CQC or long-range, Kakuzu is outmatched and can't tag him.

Also, C2's controlled missile defeated the Three-Tails and flipped the entire turtle island in one go, C3 could destroy a village, and C4 is invisible to the regular eye. Kakuzu doesn't have anything comparable. And yes, all of his hearts will probably get destroyed in one go.

The only argument I see for Kakuzu is elemental advantage through lightning style, but the doll that shoots lighting is not versatile and probably won't last the entire battle and will be taken down by controlled missiles.

Imma have to argue this when I get to a computer. I like your way of thinking but there’s holes in your argument, on paper. You’re not accounting for over 90% of scenarios. I will also flat out say Deidara isn’t faster than Kakuzu at any capacity. Power, yes. All things considered.
