Orochimaru doesn't have good history outsmarting Uchiha's. Madara would be quick to put him in his place.

Madara has the perfect setup to survive Oro in this context, but what would happen is similar to Oro vs Akatsuki but with Oro getting some dna or something to aid his technique research, making it a successful endeavour and happy ending for both.
