Biju bomb is useless since Pain can absorb it now it all comes to Pain if he have strong attack to hurt the Kyuubi + he even got summonings

Any of the Summoning Path (the dog), the Machine Path (missiles) or the Void Path can cleanly beat full Kurama, in my opinion, so all six easily beat 50% Kurama.
