Their battle powwr may be at the level of Jonin, but their supplementary skills are comparable to any single tailed beast, I think.

Infiltration, energy sapping and high speed underground travel mimicking teleportation are insanely useful to shinobi.

Even with regards to their battle power, the spores allow them to defeat almost everyone, even with Sharingan eyes and absorption carries the potential to power them up.

I voted Kage level, but at minimum.

I stop by every once in awhile. By the way, context for my comment, in another topic Bob stated Sasuke's Rinnegan is his right eye so I posted multiple times where it was stated to be his left. And I posted the page Obito referenced his own Rinnegan as his left eye. Bob kept denying. Saying it's their right eye because it's on the right side of the page. Apparently he doesn't know how perspective works. Or he's just trolling (very likely).
