Kaidou questioned how this was happening since his body wasn't made out of rubber.

Luffy also punched the inside of Kaidou's eyes stretching his hands through.

so in short, Luffy turned Kaidou into rubber.

The awakened "GGnM" is limited by the users creativity according to Gorosei so anything Luffy can think of doing he'll be able to do now.

Right now Luffy is Wille E Coyote and not Bugs Bunny.

Wille, every trick he pulls always backfires, while Bugs is the master of the universe.

Forget Joy Boy, Luffy's goal now is to achieve Bugs Bunny. If Luffy was Bugs? Kaido would be long dead and all of Wano would be currently feasting on carrots, not the Mink lol, but the vegetable.
