Leg Weights are a form of training that has the user wear heavy weights on an area of the body they wish to train. The goal is have the user be able to handle the strain of the weights to the point of normalcy whilst wearing them, which causes a massive relief on the body when it it is removed, translating to more powerful strength and speed from the "apparent" lightness of the body. Besides speed boost is the strength, but this only applies to the area receiving the training, so leg based attacks, not anything else like punches. When removed, physical attacks are strengthened and speed increases substantially
