But before I bring that up I'll briefly address your point to say that I never said I had an investigation, I said D1 that I could resolve one of Ratchet/Soul. And I could have crafted an ability to give a check.

The problem with that however is twofold:

1) I cannot use these actions myself, I must gift them, and if I gift them to the wrong person they can give misinfo
2) My checks are still avoided by godfather and the like

Now on D3 this was compounded by the fact that there are probably 2 remaining scum left with one being the godfather. So a investigative check would be pretty unreliable

I tried designing a gun that did more but *glances nervously at host communication rules* turns out I can't do that

Also, disappointingly, I was under the impression, by the voices in my head I suppose, that I could craft a role cop shot. But alas, that is not possible

So KekW asks Michelle if anything happened to them last night and they said no. Then Michelle corrects themselves minutes later to say that KekW had visited her.

Then at some later point Michelle handwaved that they can't see everything done to them

I'd like to get some clarification on what that restriction is, because afaict, it's possible she didn't even detect kek visiting them until it was implied and she made a quick correction. I could chalk it up to maybe the host forgetting if it were just this but I am curious why she couldn't see aether
