Sasuke wins easy. Probably with his eyes closed without his sword or shiriken

What about Sasukes high IQ and his command over fire style and lightning style and his compatibility with curse seals that use nature energy that makes him a type of sag mode user since sage mode basically uses natur energy as well. And sasueks kenjutsu and speed and strength are amazing.

Sasuke realistically was trained by orochimaru to fight in every case even without the sharingan. He trained extensivelynand his peak physical condition and superior justu mastery and superior IQ and greater motivation allow him to win. Plus Sasuke has been in mor battles so he has more experience

We don't know hpw much non-Sharingan training he did, especially since Orochimaru wanted his eyes to be stronger.

Iruka has been in wars, so he probably has more experience
