Haesu

As the home to the once famously known Bridge of the Unifiers, this very bridge like all else has been decimated in the wake of the Cataclysm, separating the one connection that bridged the divide between the mainland and the Land of Waves, Haesu still employs itself as a maritime mainway for industrialized production of various goods and tools. While most of what is made here is of little importance to anyone beyond a farmer or hunter, there is frequent military activity in this region, said to exist for the protection of the commonpeople that live beyond Solana's Great Wall.

This post marks the beginning of my (our) mission using these storyboard elements:
-Explore an abandoned site (2)
-Defend yourself from wild beasts (2)

Summary: Aegon arrives in Haesu seeking his closest friend Orys, who lives in a small village on the mainland. Yet the local townspeople, who know Aegon well from his frequent visits to the town because of Orys, inform Aegon that Orys had left to hunt. Aegon comes across Orys's camp, abandoned and in ruin from an apparent attack. It immediately sets off a search for Orys, which is interrupted when a group of wild giant snakes in the forest.
"Look, children! It's Lord Aegon!" As Balerion neared the industrial town of Blackwater, he could hear a small group of villagers aggregating below, looking into the sky to see the Targaryen Dragonlord. As Balerion neared the grassy clearing to the south of the town, Aegon peered over his back to look toward the town. The same group that had cheered for his arrival was now running toward Balerion, with joy and happiness springing from their faces. This was no unique sight to the Lord of Dragonstone; visiting Blackwater always was like this. The town was stricken with poverty, plagued by the aftermath of the collapse of the Freehold that had kept their industry connected with the rest of the world. So when Aegon arrived to visit Orys, as he often does, the town frequently celebrates the change of pace. The women and children rush to join him in their tattered clothes, and the men continue their industrious work.

Aegon let a slight warm smile escape his countenance. While he enjoyed the revelry and happiness his arrival brought to the town, he still was the reserved man that he was; such attention, after a prolonged time, left him feeling uncomfortable. Once the commotion calmed slightly Aegon took the sack of fish from Balerion's back and handed it to the townsfolk. The mothers handed it to the children, instructing them to take it back to the marketplace and homes to be distributed. He turned toward Alexandra, one of the townswomen he was most familiar with. Alexandra, might you help me find Orys?" She was, in some ways, the village matriarch. Married to the owner of a lumber mill, Alexandra kept the village together in the aftermath of the Kyuubi's rampage in Chungsu; in mere days after the collapse, the need for lumber and other industrial goods practically plummeted in the small provincial town. It sent Alexandra's family, and many others, almost instantly into poverty. It had been one of the reasons why Orys insisted he leave the Southern Cluster in the first place. Milord Aegon, Orys left to the north to hunt for us. We haven't seen him for three days. It is quite unlike him...." His brow almost immediately furrowed at her response. Orys was not known for his uncharacteristic behavior. Having grown up near Dragonstone with House Targaryen, Orys inherited the discipline that accompanied such a lifestyle. He was punctual and stern, much like Aegon. Aegon turned his eyes toward Balerion, mentally commanding the beast to soar upwards into the sky.

"Alexandra, distribute the fish as your townspeople see fit. I must find Orys; it has been some time since I've seen my dear friend." The woman nodded and bowed her head, directing the remaining townsfolk to return to their daily routine. He sighs, taking in the ambiance of the town's industry. The fishermen, hard at work near the cliffs of Blackwater; the smiths, working in their huts as steam billowed upwards from their forges, and the many women running the marketplace. As he scanned the area he would activate his Byakugan; there was almost no better tool to search for others than with his bloodline. His pale purple eyes would morph themselves into greater detail, the veins surrounding his head would bulge as blood flowed to them.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 (+5 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
Making his way northward, Aegon continues to scan the terrain with his Byakugan. Thankfully his trip was made easy as most of the surrounding forests, a trait frequently found in the Land of Fire, had been cut down to make room for the bustling industry. But many of these once industrious buildings had been abandoned since the collapse of Hanguri. Finally, he spots an abandoned campsite in the distance, a few hundred meters from the town, surrounded by trees in the little remaining forest left. But it was no ordinary campsite; it clearly had been abandoned recently. The small fire in the center still billowed some small smoke, and the tent that had been erected there was damaged, pierced by three spears. Aegon could feel a pressure building in his chest, feeling slightly alarmed at the sight. Now in full sprint, he reached the campsite.

Deactivating his Byakugan he scanned the area with his naked eyes. The fire in the center of the campsite was damaged as well, billowing smoke but having been almost knocked out of place. The rocks which surrounded it, normally arranged in a circle, were seemingly kicked out of place. Turning toward the tent, the spears which pierced it seemed to have been thrown in its direction as if at someone who was trying to take cover in or around it. It was ripped to shreds, clearly unusable as a shelter at this point. On the left side of the tent, the cloth which lined it was dented inwards, as if a body had fallen on top of it during a struggle. Leaning down to peer inside the tent, Aegon's eyes widened. A small pool of blood rest at the bottom of it, with arterial spray hitting the back of the tent. In the back, Aegon could see Orys's warhammer. There was no mistaking it, he could clearly make out the Dragon iconography, a representation of House Targaryen and Orys's close ties to it. Withdrawing from the tent, while also taking the warhammer, he noted the rest of the camp. The food which Orys had gathered remained scattered on the floor due to the apparent struggle.

"Oh Orys...what happened?" He asked himself. Then, by chance, he heard the rustling of bushes behind him. Instantly activating his Byakugan and using its quasi-omnidirectional vision, he suddenly came upon a potential suspect for the struggle that had taken place. Before him were a pack of four giant snakes, roughly 5 meters long. As he stood up and faced them, the snakes let loose a low pitched hiss. "Was this you?" Aegon's question was dipped in venom, his Targaryen blood boiled at the prospect of his closest friend, even brother, had been harmed or worse. He didn't care that they were unable to respond. The snakes were merely wild beasts, lusting for prey. It was by mere chance that they happened upon Aegon, perhaps a fortunate reality for the villagers from Blackwater.

The snake farthest to the left would suddenly lunge at him, seeking to take a bite out of the Dragonlord's torso. Aegon instantly drew Blackfyre from its scabbard, the Hangurian Ore forged steel creating its own hissing as it was drawn. Aegon timed his leap, soaring above the snake's head and then redirected himself downward. With the snake's lunge completed, it would find itself off balance. Driving his blade directly downward, he pierced the snake's skull. Immediately he could hear the cracking as his blade pierced through the dense bones, and subsequently the beast's brain.

Showing no mercy, he turned to the other snakes who, at this point, all began their lunge toward the Dragonlord. With Blackfyre impaled in the snake's head Aegon released his grip on the blade, relinquishing the family's heirloom weapon and opting instead to brutally slaughter the snakes with his own body. Leaping off the fallen beast's head, he jumped at the remaining three while focusing chakra throughout his entire body. As the three beasts neared him, their jaws wide open, he unleashed a torrent of bone matter from his body. The bones, reaching three meters from him, struck each snake simultaneously in various points on their body. One was struck in various places square in its mouth, blood dripping down the white bones and onto Aegon's armor. It was clear it had instantaneously died, as the bones had seemingly pierced its brain. The middle snake was struck from below its jaw, bones puncturing the head and emerging in its open mouth. Unlike the previous snakes, this one was merely immobilized and overcome with fear. It would soon be finished off by Aegon who would, with his free hand, pull off a single shard of bone from his body and whip it at the snake's left eye. It pierced the soft material that composed its iris, letting out one final hiss before collapsing to the ground lifeless with bones protruding its jaws. The final snake withdrew itself before it could even strike, overcome with fear of its fallen comrades. Aegon's presence had immobilized it, leaving it trembling before the Dragonlord. Stepping to the first snake's corpse, he withdrew Blackfyre while maintaining his concentration on the snake. Pulling the blade from the skull, he turned back toward the last beast and drove the blade into its heart, piercing the layers of scales and flesh which surrounded the upper atria. Within he could feel the heart rupture, blood bursting from the wound.

Swiftly pulling Blackfyre from the beast, he shook the blade and allowed the snake to collapse to the ground with its pack. The finely sharpened Hangurian Ore allowed the blood to be wiped clean from it with little struggle as he returned it to its scabbard. He lets loose a sigh. The beasts had clearly not been responsible for Orys's disappearance, the spears which had punctured the abandoned tent suggested as much. Maintaining his Byakugan, he began to head north again.

( Hone Gekido ) - Bone Rage
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user gathers chakra before releasing it from every point, releasing bone spikes from everywhere on their body, sticking out up to 3 meters each.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

This post marks the beginning of my (our) mission using these storyboard elements:
-Scout potential threats (3)
-Rescue an ally (custom) (4)

Summary: Aegon sets out to find his close friend Orys after discovering his camp had been attacked by unknown assailants. Alarmed by the blood he found in the tent, Aegon began to rush northward to seek out additional clues of Orys's disappearance. He soon finds an abandoned village which has been transformed into a base of operations for a large group of outlaws who terrorize the industrious lands of Haesu. Scouting out the village, he soon finds Orys trapped within it.
The stench of iron permeated the air around Aegon; most of his armor had been splashed by the giant snakes' blood he had just slain minutes ago. But the pungent smell was dwarfed by the sense of urgency that had overcome him after he saw the pool of blood in Orys's tent. His Byakugan afforded him great visual prowess, allowing him to view the surrounding lands without difficulty; thus finding the nearest end to the small forest he was in was a trivial matter. Reaching the clearing, Aegon leaped up toward the tallest branch of a tree and began scouting with his Byakugan. With the nigh omnidirectional vision he could see Balerion above, circling the vicinity high in the sky to protect his rider.

Outside of the small patches of remaining forest, the lands of Haesu were quite something to behold. Sprawling countryside was littered with industrial towns, much like Blackwater. But it was a deceiving appearance; the once great Hangurian Freehold sustained the land and protected the industry. The Freehold was the nexus of trade for these towns; but the shattering of Chungsu ruined that. With the Freehold unable to provide protection to the towns, they became ravaged by outlaws and bandits in the area. Most of the towns collapsed in their wake, or the citizenry merged into other towns to provide mutual protections and provide for one another. Adjusting Blackfyre at his hip and wiping some of the dried blood from his armor, Aegon sets out again and continues northward. Armed with this knowledge, he scans the area keeping particular focus on towns that have been ransacked and abandoned. Travelling for at least an hour, Aegon finally focuses his eyes on a town nearby with significant activity.

The town, however, appeared different than the others. Upon closer inspection with his Byakugan, he discerns many traits that would indicate it was abandoned. The windows on the numerous wooden buildings were shattered. Some entirely, others merely had holes created by rocks and other projectiles. The foliage surrounding it hadn't been kept either, the trees and roots sprawled over the town. It was apparent that the inevitable process of nature reclaiming the town had begun. Grass and bushes were unkempt, growing wildly along the buildings. Contradictory to the town's appearance was the presence of a wide array of people. All of them, entirely men, were armed with swords, spears, bows, and other weapons. Some appeared to be patrolling in squads with these weapons, holding the perimeter of the town. They were clearly intruders, their appearance not natural in such a place.

Aegon crept toward the town silently, continuing scanning it with his Byakugan while keeping his head low. Thankfully the town was nestled into the low ground of a hill, giving Aegon plenty of cover. Peering upwards, he noted Balerion's position above the clouds with his Byakugan. It was imperative that his dragon not give away his approach, the element of surprise would be essential in rescuing his friend. Taking position behind a row of trees atop the hill, Aegon peers down yet again and focuses his Byakugan in the various buildings. Many of the buildings were occupied by the outlaws; some sleeping, others playing games to pass the time, some planning, and looting. His eyes continued to scan the area, seeking a single building that appeared to hold prisoners. While he had no concrete proof, he believed Orys to still be alive. There was no indication that he had been killed, as there was no body present at the campsite. Rather, it seemed morel likely that he had been taken back to one of the outlaws' bases of operation. But why?

Finally, after what felt like an eternity of urgently searching, his eyes focus on a building with four men guarding a single door. Behind that door was one man bound to a chair, his head held low. Aegon, able to perceive chakra, noted that the man was still alive. His body structure was much like Orys's, with his keen Byakugan able to discern even the smallest and most minute features at such distances. He was burly, roughly Aegon's height, with a muscular build. He had a thick beard which was draped down his chest, albeit appeared slightly disheveled because of his captivity. It seemed very likely this was Orys, there was no mistaking it. Bound at the arms and feet to the chair, he was clearly being held prisoner by the four men. And then, moments thereafter, Aegon noticed Orys's arm.

Aegon's eyes widened, alarmed by the state his friend was in. Orys's left hand was missing, seemingly hacked off by the outlaws. Realizing it must have been the pool of blood in the tent, he further inspected his friend. The stump of his arm was bound by some cloth, wrapped tightly by a string of wire. He clenched his fists, blood boiling inside of him. Time was of the essence, however. While he wanted to bring his wrath upon the bandits, he knew he needed to save Orys first and do so without further harming him. In the sky above Balerion continued to circle, awaiting his Dragonlord's command to return them to Dragonstone in the Southern Cluster. Thus, Aegon planned a sort of emergency extraction. He would sneak into the abandoned village, secure Orys, and have Balerion withdraw them from the town and spirit them across the Kaizoku Sea. He would use Balerion to create a distraction, confident in his dragon's ability to fend for itself. Releasing his grip from Blackfyre, he clasped his hands together and formed the single Tiger hand sign. Molding his chakra to allow for chakra inflections to warp the light around him, he began to appear totally invisible to others.

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns
Creeping to the perimeter, he kept his Byakugan active and focused on Orys's location. Fortunately the building he believed they were holding Orys in was not in the center of the town. Given that his technique failed to mask the sound he created, he bid his time waiting for the moment where he could sneak past the next patrol without being noticed. Now, only 10 meters from the perimeter of the town, Aegon looked up toward his dragon. The bond they shared, Summoner and Beast, created a sort of companionship and mental bond between the two. Almost as if on queue, Balerion roared in the sky above. The nearby guards and patrols suddenly gasped, looking at each other with wide eyes stricken by confusion. The roar of a beast like Balerion was not something the men heard often. Letting a slight smirk creep across his countenance, he watched as Balerion soared downward upon the town and unleashed a stream of fire from up above.

Bloodcurdling screams echoed out from the town's center in the distance where the dragon's flames washed over a handful of men, both guards and patrolmen. He relished the moment, knowing that Targaryen wrath had been unleashed upon the unsuspecting men. With his Byakugan he notices that the guards in the patrol nearby suddenly ran off in the direction of the battle. Yet, it was difficult to even qualify it as a battle. The men that had survived Balerion's initial flames opted to throw their weapons at him. Tossing spears and swords as piercing weapons, they found that they merely bounced off the hardened black scales of the behemoth. Looking toward Orys's prison, he sees the men inside panicking; but, rather than fleeing or running to the battle, they opted to remain inside and guard the prisoner. Either hoping that their companions could slay the beast, or holding their ground out of cowardice. It made no difference to the Dragonlord. With the commotion Aegon sprinted forward, not caring whether or not he could be heard. Between the smoldering buildings spreading from the town's center, the bandits' screams, and Balerion's roar, it was difficult to discern Aegon's steps from the chaos.

Nearing the building, he quiets himself again and creeps around the corner. There were few windows to peer through, but it mattered little. The men inside, armed with mere swords, were clearly shivering in fear from Balerion's wrath. Given his Byakugan's piercing vision, he easily can pick up the enemy's figures in perfect detail. Opting to surprise them, he places his hands on the wooden structure and releases five thin chakra wires infused with Aegon's lightning elemental chakra, allowing the wires to almost instantly tear through the wooden walls. Amidst the chaos, the wires would create minimal sound. But the men were clearly on edge, and even the sound of a rat scurrying past them would set them into panic. So when the wires pierced the wall, creating a light clacking sound, the men immediately drew their blades and surveyed the door and windows. But their eyes would fail to see the thin lightning chakra reaching for their necks, and by the time they did it would be too late. They would gasp in surprise, letting out one last cry as the wires wrapped around their necks and, with their lightning chakra, sliced through and decapitated them. He released the technique, allowing their bodies to collapse to the ground with a thud.

(Ninjutsu: Nezumi no Hoohige) Ninja Arts: Rat Whiskers
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20 (-5 per turn to maintain)
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will expel chakra outwards, from theur hands. The chakra will create a set of 5 wires, thin and sharp but strong, which will immediately wrap around the opponent. While they can be used on their own to powerfully constrict the opponent, they can be used more efficiently by adding an elemental nature to them. Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground upwards, binding the target. The user can gradually increase the sharpness and the tight hold of the technique by hand gestures (when he uses it from his hands directly as "whips") or by maintaining the hand seal (if used from the ground). The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
Note: If used from the ground, can't perform any further jutsu until the grip is released.
Note: This jutsu can only be used thrice per battle, at max 1 usage every two turns.
Note: The wires follow the element's and rank's weaknesses and strengths.
Note: Cannot be used by CE elements.
Note: Courtesy of Lili-Chwan.
Aegon pushed the door open and stepped over the dead bodies. Then, releasing the camouflage technique, he kicked open the last door separating him from Orys. In the distance he could hear Balerion nearing his position, continuing battle with the various bandits still left. Each roar he could hear the flames unleashed by the beast, bathing the feeble men in a torrential inferno.

The room the men used as a prison had no windows, no small holes for light to pierce through. It was sheer darkness, yet with his Byakugan he could shed metaphorical light upon it. Walking up to Orys, he could see his head tilted down. He was, at the very least, bordering consciousness. But he could hear his light and ragged breathing. The stump on his arm was dripping blood through the cloth into a fairly significant pool that had aggregated below. It was clear he had lost significant blood.

"Orys.... I've come. We'll be out of here soon."

Orys merely groaned in response. Unsure whether or not he even knew what was going on around him, Aegon sliced the bindings with Blackfyre. By now, Balerion was mere buildings away and moving toward Aegon's position. It was time to leave. "Come on, old friend." Through an incredible feat of strength, partially enabled by the Six Paths Senjutsu that flowed through his body, he picked up Orys by the waist and carries him over his shoulder.

Departing from the dark prison room, he runs toward Balerion while using his massive body as cover from any projectiles from remaining bandits. Laying Orys down flat on Balerion's back was no easy task; the dragon had scales and sharp edges protruding from his body. Allowing Orys to rest where he normally sits, he places the arm stump on his chest to slow the blood loss. Then, tapping Balerion, he signals for the two to depart and head back to Dragonstone. As the three ascend into the air, he looks down at the destruction. The entire southern portion of the town was smoldering. Embers danced into the air as the few remaining bandits scrambled to flee the burning ruins. He tapped Balerion again, urging the dragon to fly faster so they could reach Visenya as soon as possible.

[Arriving from here]

Zeref and Pyke arrived in Haesu passing the land following the instructions for the location of where to hand in the mission. Even though they knew the general area, Zeref would ask for directions for the Blackwater village. The problem was they had a look of fear in their eyes as Pyke would stand behind, and his look... well you can imagine. After a long journey they finally reached the small village which they could see the damage left by the attacks of the group they had just... "apprehended". They entered the village and at the gates were stopped by a couple of guards who both eyed up pyke with a suspicious look. Zeref would hold out the mission slip for the bounty saying he had come to collect. He showed them the scroll and said that would serve as the proof their trouble was over.

They were taken to a large building left in a room by themselves while the two guards went off, one back to duty, the other to get one of the officials to check out what they had said. Not long after an senior of the village arrived asking them of their proof...

With this zeref handed the scroll over.

"The poster said dead or alive... but we didn't want to take any... risks. The one know as stain can be identified. I hope this will surfice and that you are happy with our services. And know, we would be... happy to be hired once more."

This is me and gutsy handing in the mission:

With the mission handed in, the contents there, Zeref and Pyke had completed their mission it would seem, though they would have to wait on their final verdict to do with the reward. Zeref expected as much, he bet they didn't expect for this to be completed in such a manor, nor did they know how to handle what had just been given to them. The men told them then that they would be in touch with how to proceed. Though Pyke looked aggravated by this, Zeref rose to his feet.

"It's time for us to be leaving. There is nothing more for us here... we have work to do..."

With that Zeref made to leave the room but Pyke rose to his feet suddenly causing Zeref to stop and turn, wondering what was with this sudden movement.

"Wait... i'm not making that journey again..."

"Well, i'm going, i have work to do back at the base..."

"I don't plan to stick around here dumass.... i just don't want to walk... i have a better idea..."

For the first time, Zeref looked on confused as Pyke made he way over to Zeref, in that moment Pyke smiled. He was happy he could confuse the cocky little prick. With that he placed his hand on Zeref's shoulder while revealing his shark like teeth that would be classed as smile, in that moment, they were gone.... but where?

Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle

[Coming from here]

Ignia arrives on the mainland almost at his destination. He wasn't sure what he'd find but he wanted to go unnoticed. He would activate his cloak, this would block his chakra signal from all around allowing him to go unnoticed. He'd pull the hood up over his head to hide his rinnegan and made his way forwards. He was time to find out what became of his Legacy....

[Tarnkappe, Shigurudo No Tate] – Tarnkappe, The Cloak of Sigurd
Type: Tool
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Tarnkappe, or Cloak of Sigurd, is a garment which is intended to protect the wearer from the cold, rain and wind. This cloak is no different in that fashion, it is fastened around the neck with a small black chain, its length extending down to the middle section of the calves, additionally it has an attached hood. The cloak is designed as a white cloak with patterns of black lightning across it. The cloak is the designed with a unique fabric, known as kevlar, a material which allows it to stop incoming basic weapons such as swords, axes, kunai, senbon etc up to a C rank projectile, anything after that will destroy the wiring within the cloak, rending it useless. It will cause bladed weapons thrown or swung to strike to bounce off the cloak, and it applies to the general forms of none damage enhanced freeform combat. In addition to the cloak’s unique complexion, it has some unique features which the wearer can activate through surging his energy through it. The first feature that the Tarnkappe is in the possession of, is a unique technology known as motion sensors. These motion sensors are situated all across the cloak, allowing it to detect any changes in the air around the wearer, and detect the motions of animals, humans or even tools within the vicinity of short-range of the cloak. Thus the cloak acts as a form of sensory in the way that it detects any motions within short-range of the wearer this is done through technology more than chakra. Conclusively, the cloak has one final feature, which masks the wearers presence. Whenever the wearer pulls the cloak around his body and the hood over his head, it has a unique device implanted into it, which emits a frequency that masks his chakra effectively concealing him from chakra sensors as well as concealing his body in the sense that it conceals his chakra circuit from foreign eyes. This allows the wearer to blend into his surroundings more freely. What this can't do is hide the users heat signature or smell.
Note: If the cloak is hit by B rank or above, it will short circuit being rendered useless.
Note: The motion sensors only work short range around the user, taking 5 chakra per turn
Note: Hiding themselves can be used twice per battle with two turns between the users and lasts for a maximum of four turns.

Edit: Forgot post the cloak.

[Coming from here]

Magnus got off the small boat with the cloaked creation who he asked to head to the land of water to prepare for his arrival. Meanwhile Magnus looked on at the great site before him, one familiar to him. When he was a boy, he'd often come here, delivering items from his father's forge, unique parts to help with the manufacturing process. It had been about 15 years but there was probably some old faces he'd recognise around here, though he chose to not go looking.

He would raise his hood over his head, covering his appearance as he made his way north. It wasn't as easy as he'd hoped coming back this way. Seeing different things triggered old memories, taking him back to the past. He pulled his hood further over him, with his head down he pushed forwards, trying to push those old feelings back down, to forget about them....

He reached the border without looking back, his next destination wouldn't be so easy to do so.... he was heading... home...

There was something that was bugging Strix about the whole interaction with the man she had met at Last Bastion. The cure of her Red Fever was done by this child, and yet the man held the child tenderly, without any love or comfort that a proper parent would have. There was something about this bond, that wasnt quite right. Leaving back for the Last Bastion, Steix flew on her way.

This post encompasses a C-rank mission containing the following storyboard elements:
• (custom) Rob a defenseless person (2)

“So let me get this straight, yeah?” Hawke said bitingly, the undivided attention of his cruel eyes aimed at the tradesman in front of him. “In your opinion this is all just our problem, right?” He took a coin from the reward given to him by the merchant and rolled it between his knuckles. “That just don’t seem right to us, does it lads?”

“No wayss, boss!” Snivels blubbered excitedly with the two other accompanying Brothers backing him up.

“’No way’ is about right,” Hawke agreed with a nod, his expression harder than flint. “’Cause the man on your poster doesn’t look anything like Adichu Uchiha at all, does it lads?”

“It don’t looks like him at all!” Lout aped with an aggressive shake of his head that scattered a rain of spittle across the trader’s fine mahogany desk.

For his part, the trader was adjusting his little bowtie as if it were a noose around his neck. Small, thin and awkward the man looked more out of his element than a fish in the desert. He was sweating bullets and stammering, clearly not used to being intimidated in this way. All in all he was a bully’s wet dream.

“M-mr. Hawke,” the man visibly swallowed and tried to regain his composure by sitting up straight in his plushy, oversized chair. “T-this was a fixed listing, s-so there is simply no room in the contract for…” he swallowed again, nervousness radiating off of him in waves. “e-exemplary performance incentives?”

“Is yous askin or what?” Lout bellowed coarsely, slamming his palm against the tabletop and nearly startling the tradesman out of his seat in the process.

“I-I’m sorry!” the merchant wailed, sweat pouring from every pore in his face. “Am I asking what!?”

“WHAT!?”

Hawke didn’t intervene as Lout bodily climbed over the table and started strangling the trader, shaking his little head back and forth while yelling ‘what’ at him again and again. However, after about a minute he coughed meaningfully and the Lout retreated, leaving the tradesman sprawled across his desk, gasping for air.

“Y-you will never get away with this,” he threatened weakly, trying to suppress the crying in his voice. “Someone will be coming for your bounty soon.”

The mere notion was hilarious to Hawke. The poor man just had no idea who he was dealing with. The money to hire a shinobi of suitable caliber would bankrupt every single upstart bourgeois businessman in the area.

“Oh boy,” Hawke said, voice almost cooing. “Wouldn’t that be something, eh?” He snatched the man’s wrist in a vice-like grip, and barred a wolfish smile at him, pressing a boot against his throat to keep him in place. “Well when they do, you can give them this.”
And with a single violent twist he tore the trader’s middle finger off.

The man’s screams were quickly stifled by the introduction of Louts socks to his mouth: Fastened with string for safety reasons, of course, lest he lose the socks. Then the three Brothers set upon the man’s office, tearing it apart in their hunt for loot while Hawke kept an eye on him. And that he did, using the trader’s own middle finger to draw imaginary shapes on his face while the ravenous trio stole everything that was not nailed down.

“Now be sure to remember my face, yeah? I want your cute little posters showing my good side.” Hawke laughed at his own joke and gave the tradesman a kick between the ribs for good measure. Lout pissed on him before they left, which Garrett thought was rather juvenile, but he had long since resigned himself to live and let live when it came to sinning.
“Let’s get back to the boat, yeah?” Hawke said as they stepped out into the refreshing evening ocean breeze. “All work and no play’ll make a Brother dull.” They all shared a laugh at that.

Coming from Kaizoku.

Starting Mission:

Combat Mission Requirements:
  • The events of this post take place in Keishi, but clones of Kinrah can be found anywhere in the Land of Fire.
  • Your mission must be S-Rank. Unlike the last mission, which dealt with rogue shinobi this mission is far more difficult and dangerous. You are dealing with the shades of the woman named Kinrah, former patient of a hospital. She has no formal ninja training, and yet she is immensely powerful. This mission should represent high difficulty for most that engage her shade. Her parameters are as followed:
    • 220 Health Points
    • 2,500 Chakra
    • Base movement speed of 28.
    • She has incredible physical durability, able to reduce all damage done to her by 50.
    • Every three turns she is capable of evading all damage, her body flickering in and out of existence as if like purple static on a television.
    • You lose 5 Sanity per turn by being within mid-range of her. This stacks with Sanity loss from her Shinkaigan.
    • She is a master of the Eight Inner Gates. You may engage with this at your discretion, though it should be used to some degree during the fight. She is also a wielder of the base Shinkaigan, though has none of its techniques.
    • Kinrah has gone completely insane. But in her mind she is entirely normal.
  • This mission must take place in the Land of Fire.
  • You are to use lethal force against this clone.

The giant box jellyfish roamed the waters of the Kaizoku Sea with all the expertise of a battle-worn pirate. Isabella would chuckle at the notion, though, for she had never met a smart pirate in her life, even though she did fatasized about becoming one. She travelled in style and confort though, the floater of her jellyfish being softer and more luxurious than an actual water bed. But her mood soured when she saw the wanton destruction of the coastline and forest within Haesu. She remembered the vast woodlands spilling down to the crystaline waters. She had known the Bridge of Unifiers would be a pivoting point in history, connecting the isolated Island of Waves with the Mainland, but even then she was unsure if the fate of this landmark would change for the better or the worse.

Of course, it turned for the worse, as all overexploitation of the natural resources would. Endless factories and workshops were churning out wood razed from the forest, and turned it into sludge and polution onto the rivers and ocean. The stench could be felt from miles away. As she landed in the murky piers, coated by a seemingly eternal layer of soot, she snickered.

The factories were burning, and the workers were screaming. She couldn't care less about the citizens of the Land of Fire, as proven by her Murk Plague, and she knew Nature would prevail in the end, for it would still outlive any human construct regardless of damage. But she was pleased that, apparently, someone else would hasten the downfall of Haesu.

She roamed through the fires that bursted out from the city of pipelines and chimneys, witnessing the lifecycles of everything around her expiring with each lick of the raging flames, her dark blue eyes contrasting with her fiery hair, seemingly alight with the explosions.

That is, until a wall burst outwards several meters in front of her, and a woman shot out with increadible speed grabbing an unconscious worker from his neck.

"Where are they?! WHERE ARE THEY?! I learn... I learn..."

She mumbled, half screaming, half whispering. With on hand she grabbed the man's neck, shaking it until a audible crack signalled his cervical breaking, with the other she grabbed and pulled her own hair. Then, Isabella witnessed the woman's body flicker in and out of existence, the man phasing out of her grasp like she wasn't even real. Isabella had faced something like this before, but always in dream-like state she would never trully know if it was reality or a dream. The Void Specter... was she something similar?

The shock was further amplified when the woman looked at Isabella directly, and the Shinkaigan was clearly visible. A Voidseer.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

She said, picking the corpse of the worker and throwing it towards Isabella.

Oh bitch you didn't...

But what if death was not real?

The land around Isabella suddenly flashed a static purple as reality itself warped and twisted. Kinrah's body was no longer there at all. And then in a flash she appeared again, in perfect health before Isabella. Her own Shinkaigan still activated, calmly gazing into her eyes. Though neither party lost Sanity by being in proximity to one another. It was as if, for the moment, time had stopped. Another flash of purple static. "I just wanted to see my children again. My husband." Kinrah spoke softly, her voice weak and feeble. "But the whispers...the whispers..." She trailed off again, the most sane she had been since leaving the hospital. This was no vision. This was a real flesh and blood Kinrah before Isabella.
