I want to name the Land of Dances?
What would the Kage's name be?

Land refers to the region. The village itself would then be something like 'Village Hidden in the Steps'.

The name of the shadow shinobi is still taken from the land, though. So it would be the direct translation for Dance Shadow into Japanese.
