Finding someone to be beautiful does not equate to loving them, never mind at a level where you can make a life tied to them work out.
So it would probably end poorly, either with a quick divorce or a suicide from Haku to end both their suffering.
And honestly, i think Haku would know better, in terms of differentiating simple infatuation (at best) with lasting feelings. And certainly with having better judgement than to commit to someone who can't see that difference.
