I don't read manga a lot but a nice one is Tsubaki Chou Lonely Planet, it's more on the romantic side of things but it is kinda funny.I need something really funny to read. Please recommend your top 10 funniest manga. Your awesome thanks!

Gintama has some pretty good moments and a lot of other manga references/satire.

Hetalia made me laugh. Weird personifaction of countries during ww2.
The Devil is a part timer
Now that I think about it I don't know if there is a true "comedy" anime like a comedy series like South Park or Simpsons. Most seem to have a general theme; fighting,romance,slice of life etc. and pepper comedy in but never really seems to be the focus of the story telling.
Cartoons like Simpsons don't focus on telling a story fhey focus on jokes and build a story around them where as cartoons like Archer are telling a story and use comedy within the story. Most anime align with the approach Archer takes, telling a story and adding comedic events to it.
