If we're talking parenting, then i think the guy who did not disown and psychologically abuse his preteen daughter for not being a ruthless killer wins by default.
In terms of fighting, Minato is hard countered at all levels and on all sides.
FTG alone does nothing but eat energy, based on reanimated Minato statements. In order to do damage to the enemy, he has to land a follow up attack, which means his attack speed must beat what his opponent can react to. Unfortunately, the Hyuga specialise in close combat reactions, such that someone who can blitz ANBU elites had to put up energy armour instead of defend manually against a Gentle Fist attack from a Genin. So even if Minato is given the benefit of having already laid his traps, it doesn't achieve much.
Speaking of traps, Minato will have to lay those but may eat an Air Palm even before he gets them out of his pouch.
Even if he manages to, the Byakugan will see them and perfectly predict his movements.
If Minato relies on seals, he will find that Hyuga specialisation in energy control allows them to break most if not all seals, since seals rely on advanced formulae for countering power. If he tries to overpower Hiashi, he will find that difficult against the purest alien race on Earth, since seals also rely on power.
If Minato relies on summons, he will find himself eating an AP before he even completes the necessary hand seals.
Supposing the summons do come out, or start ready, Hiashi can still attack Minato directly instead of fighting tailed-beast rivals. His Byakugan is also excellent at pinpointing Minato directly for APs and so on. Numbers may not work very well because Hiashi can just stay close to force Gamabunta to not use his big techs lest he hit Minato as well.
And in terms of level, Hiashi can be scaled to Neji who scales to KCM Naruto who is equal to V2 Raikage, meanwhile Minato scales to standard Raikage.
However, if Minato could start with more than 2 summons out and marked as well, he could jump around with them to avoid any hits and force Hiashi to fight them first. In that case, i think Hiashi himself would recognise his loss before the fight even begins. If Minato starts like this, then he could beat both Hyuga Twins without too much difficulty.
