Sakura who specialises in the same cqc he focusses on and has one-shot powers by design . . .

And even then, that was a reanimation which is famously faulty for its poorer physical performances than a living person.

To more directly answer your question, team battles naturally split focus and do not allow someone to focus on one target at a time without leaving openings for other enemies to attack.
