well knowing that 2 of the Karma users were 3rd eye possessors, then yeah it makes sense. However Isshiki's existence throws a spanner in the works. Unless he is a transcendent one, which he isn't, then it shouldn't make sense.

However, since Amado said that to plant the God Tree is to become it, it means that there must be a way to have a Karma to be resurrected again. This is easily countered by saying that eating the chakra fruit will make you transcend then you simply become a God Tree by whatever process is left after transcending.

Not sure if this question is serious or not but I am pretty sure all Zetsu were created artificially, not naturally. So in essence the Zetsu would not need a father. Only a sole creator. AKA Kaguya.
