3/5 chapter for me.
First few pages were like filler.
It's the mid to last part which was quite interesting.
Queen using weapon(prolly made by Ceasar).

Kaido saying that those attacks did nothing n Kiku badly injured after the attack was the best part of the chapter.

But this does raise a question that whether Luffy in his 1week or so training is now strong enough like Oden or not.
Even if he's at same lvl as Oden he still need help from kid, Zoro n other supernovas.

Especially Zoro since he got one of the swords which Oden used to cut Kaido. He n Drake need to quickly finish Queen n head to the rooftop.

The only thing that was missing in this chapter was BM alliance situation n Kid whereabouts.
If Oda had put those in first few pages rather than the festival, I believe it would have been a solid 5/5 chapter.

Yeah Luffy won't be taking down Kaido on his own. He needs to be tenderized before Luffy can even think about finishing him off.

Kaidou says this didn't hurt him, but he probably will run into a couple more attacks that don't 'hurt' him. The sum of those events will probably lead to a Doflamingo situation where he had his guts ripped before the final battle. Besides all the people Skull listed, I also expect LinLin to get a few yonkou level punches in. Their alliance need to fall apart somewhere during this war.

I forgot about the Orochi decapitation already, I speculated he would revive like a hydra with his head being replaced by two others.

But we're a good chunk of chapters and time past that point now. He might be legit dead in probably the most hardcore One Piece kill yet.

I bet Luffy won’t be able to take him down but will give him a good fight and I’m banking on LinLin being a opportunist and stealing Kaido soul while he distracted and weakened

I'm still on the fence in regards to Orochi. Even though he deserved to be so unceremoniously offed, in the end it didn't really fell cathartic. Orochi is such a cretin of a character that you just want to have him an end as pathetic and humiliating as possible, but as it is now most people probably forgot he died purely because it's insignificant in comparison with everything else that is going on.

It just doesn't fit the narrative. Especially because Hiyori stated that she was the one who would deal with him, which feels kind of shallow when Orochi gets tossed aside like an aftertought. Also Fukurokuju sneaking away is alarming. So, I'm still inclined to believe Orochi's role is not over yet.

Dirty, unexpected, quick and no redemption or revenge for the people he wronged.

I wouldn't mind seeing him come back only to suffer a worse fate. If he really is dead I think that adds to how ruthless Kaidou is and I wouldn't mind that either. Because if that is the case with Okiku already in pieces, people will not come out of the Kaidou fight alive.
