Tobidara wanted some exercise so he allowed Naruto to enter BM. Despite Tobidara not being strong as real Madara ( considering he is actually empthy shell of Madara) he was still able to hold his own against BM Naruto and his friends.

Naruto becoming friends with Kurama is in my top as well somwehere. But not just during the fight against Madara but like, when he begins talking to him as not just a threat before that aswell. But also when he learns the names adn stuff.
