Not every single character but Giorno can. I think he might even be able to take down omni king or whatever his name is.

What's his hax?

Anything that a person does he can render to zero. For example, if Goku punches Giorno in his face then his stand could make it so that never happened. Goku wouldn't know that he just did that and Giorno doesn't even know cause it didn't happen. It's a passive ability btw.

Oh, yea that's pretty broken. It'd never net him a win though unless he has something to damage Goku? Can he render defensive abilities to 0?
