Legit dark wind. It's enhanced basic wind created by that dude from Suna using tornado like powers. Makes it hella useful. I know this was used against Sasuke in a filler or more

The first one is hella useful especially if you go apex handseal for Typhoon. It's S ranks with no draw backs and can cover a massive range. Take the s/w into account and that's pretty solid. WIll need some work customs wise for this stuff.

Basically you create a tornado around yourself for the second one. It's F rank, with like one drawback. I don't have to tell you that that's insane. Once every turn you get a defence that a minimum is weak to to nothing.

Simple in application but both have unique uses.
