[Discussion] best villain in 1 peiice...

who is best villain and why?????????..

Rocks D. Xebec.

He is by far the most badass villain so far.

We haven't seen him actually do anything yet and technically he isn't villain... Yet, but just the fact that he was the captain of the Rocks Pirates which had Kaido, Charlotte Linlin A.K.A Big Mom, Edward Newgate A.K.A Whitebeard, Shiki A.K.A The Golden Lion Shiki. Plus some minor characters that we either haven't seen yet or just haven't seen in their prime such as Ochoku, Silver axe, and John. But we know that everyone on that crew hated each other and were fighting and Rocks D. Xebec kept them at bay and made sure that they didn't do anything stupid and held the crew together, that just makes him so badass. He also couldn't be defeated until the marines/Monkey D. Garp. and Gol D. Roger, the pirate king, teamed up to beat him.

Let me just remind you that he kept the strongest man alive, the strongest creature alive and a person who defeated a giant at the age of five and becoming one of the Yonkos later on, which Kaido also is apart of and the first person the get out of Impel Down by cutting his own legs off and flying out of the prison. Rocks D. Xebec kept them all at bay whenever they fought. BTW they were all in their prime. You can not make this shit up. You do not want to mess with this guy. And what makes it scary is that we don't know anything about this guy other than the fact he was a complete badass.

In my opinion I think Crocodile is by far the greatest villain in the entire series.

Because he is a badass. More powerful then, anyone, we have seen so far. Blackbeard is nothing compared to Rocks D. Xebec and that's a fact.
