Description: Servitora is a unique ninja tool split into small series of mirrors shaped like regular octahedrons, floating thanks to a ring of the user's chakra. When activated, they create three-dimensional copies of the user. Should a mirror be destroyed, its corresponding copy will disappear, too. As the user's chakra interacts with the mirrors, they reflect the chakra like they would light waves projecting a three-dimensional copy of them, however, these copies are only optical illusions similar to the E-ranked Clone Technique. As such, they cannot harm an opponent but are useful in disorienting them since they will be unable to discern which is the real one or where the next attack will come from. Each clone also possesses the user's chakra signature making it difficult for chakra sensors and even a Sharingan user to determine which is the real one. Since the duplicates are reflections, left and right will be inverted; however, if a copy is reflected, left and right will be inverted again, thus matching the user's image perfectly. Further confusion can be created if the user switches their own left and right with a disguising technique. This tool automatically creates up to 4 of these optical illusion clones at the beginning of every battle unless the user chooses not to activate it.

Regular ninja may carry four of these into battle, only two copies allowed on the field at one time.
Cyborgs may carry up to 8 and are capable of having four copies on the field at one time.

(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Ten no Shukufuku)- Plasmoid Release/Sealing Arts: Heavenly Blessing

Description: A body seal that activates at the start of battle that will passively infuse the user's clothing/armor with Plasmoid chakra. The Plasmoid forms the kanji for heaven (天) on the user's clothing/armor appearing as a bright white symbol. As a result of this seal, arcs of energy will be seen flowing off of the user’s clothing up to a meter from the user. The purpose of this seal is to increase the power of techniques utilized by the user by constantly absorbing nearby thermal energy. To achieve this effect, the user will utilize the signature property of Plasmoid. This involves siphoning thermal energy off of energy based objects once in range or the opponent if they get within range (5m). As an energy based object weak to Plasmoid nears the user, the seal will passively draw in the thermal energy and convert it to chakra for the user. By doing this the user will be able to passively enhance one of their techniques by twenty damage points or one rank depending on the situation by using the chakra to empower the techniques even more. At the cost of a move when an opponent gets within range, the user can preform the seal of confrontation to activate the seal. This will cause a short range spherical barrier to expand with the user at the center. In this barrier, the user effectively becomes the core of the Plasmoid and the barrier will move along with the user. Opponents who are within this barrier will begin to feel sluggish and cold as their thermal energy drains, this results in their speed being reduced by 2 levels and taijutsu and weapon techniques to be weakened by 10 damage. This effect increases by 1 speed levels and 5 damage for each turn the opponent remains in range. Eventually on the 4th turn, the target will be rendered completely frozen due to losing all their thermal energy. To maintain the barrier will however drain the user of 10 additional chakra per turn during which no other chakra based techniques can be used.

Menma with his mask covering his face would be hidden amongst the copies that stood to the side of him, making it nearly impossible for the opponent to discern which was the real one amongst the bunch.( He himself would be on the very left) The opponent would be confused for the moment as to who was the real and who was the fake from among the three who stood before him. In the midst of the confusion, Menma passively and instantly would enter into the Perfect Toad Sage Mode empowering himself for the fight to come as he was granted 20% of his chakra reserves as Senjutsu Chakra. Immediately the activation of his Senjutsu would be followed up by a rather subtle use of a genjutsu, as no physical outwards signs would come from Menma's usage of the technique besides Menma and his copies running towards Dio. This genjutsu was however very debilitating as a the opponent began to feel himself vibrating intensely from the inside out which would render his ability to focus and perform powerful techniques inaccessible for the duration of the technique. This would make it hard to even tell in the first place that it was even a genjutsu that was affecting him, settling into Dio almost like an innate fear of Menma. Though as the opponent was reacting to the genjutsu technique it would be quickly followed up by Menma clasping his hands together (which would also be performed by his reflections) and in doing so, he and Dio would be made to be reversed summoned into the digestive tract of a Giant Toad. The Toad, located in the Mt. Myobokuzan region would effectively cut Dio off from any allies and this would also serve to keep Menma out of harms way in case the opponent's ally was hoping to aid its partner. Though it was dark inside the confines of the toad, Menma was able to clearly sense the opponent who was now physically trapped up to his ankles and his entire right side was being absorbed into the fleshy walls of stomach that also made moving the one arm he had impossible. This in fact made it to where the opponent wouldn't even be able to form handseals with the single arm he did possess as his right side was crushed from the mounting pressure. A single wind blade would be used as a follow up, almost like a sign of mercy was being given, its aim was to pierce the opponents skull, making his death quick and almost painless, if it were to connect dealing critical damage. No one deserved to be eaten alive in such a manner.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x3. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy, Sage Art: Frog Kata and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

The sequence, sensed by the Yin-Yang Specialist, was rapid. A surge in chakra within Menma, the flicker of an irregularity within his own chakra system, and the sudden onset of a violent vibration throughout his body. Deducing the nature of his irregular chakra flow as a Genjutsu, the most likely option as there were no external indications of a Ninjutsu or weapon as the cause of the chakra fluctuations, DIO simply passed on ta simple instruction to his Creation.

The World Over Heaven, receiving the command through their psychic link, conjured several extremely sharp blades of water. Waving its arms, the Creation directed the two blades to slash into DIO's left shoulder, leaving gashes in the flesh deep enough to break the Genjutsu and returning DIO's senses to normal. The vampire hissed from the pain, and directed his eyes towards the approaching Menma.

DIO detected another surge of chakra, and the landscape itself shifted. The Sage found himself bound hand and foot, lodged within what appeared to be a dark room. The walls of the room were quite strange, looking and feeling more like flesh. He sensed no further irregularities in his chakra flow, ruling out the possibility of Genjutsu. Perhaps summoning jutsu? The Sage remained calm, shifting his eyes into the Sharingan and then the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

"What an interesting ability," DIO mused.

The Sage began gathering his chakra through his body, focusing a surge through his right arm. The chakra materialized into a golden aura emitting from the arm before rapidly flaring in size and shape, condensing into the right arm of his Susano'o. The arm tore through the flesh of the toad binding DIO, freeing him as the Sage and leaving a deep gash through the toad's stomach. DIO thrusted the arm forward, pushing its superior power through the Wind Blade, guiding his accuracy through his ability to sense chakra.

"It seems this ability of yours prevents me from detecting which of these are copies and which is your true body. I suppose I'll have to deal with them all at once."

DIO kept the thrust going, performing a swatting motion to smash through each of the Menma copies in front of him and shoving them against the ground.

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage.
Note: Mangekyou or higher must be active to utilize.
Note: Does not count as a full usage of Susano'o. However, if Susano'o has been used and cannot be used again, this cannot be as well.

The damage inflicted to the toad's stomach would cause its body to be torn open, returning all parties inside to the battlefield as DIO's assault smashed Menma against the monument's surface. The Sage looked on intently for any signs of life from Menma, the Susano'o arm shimmering away as he began to heal the wound in his shoulder.

Description: Through the infusion of Yang natured chakra into others, users can heal others to their original best physical form. It can be used to regrow missing body parts, heal wounds, purge poisons, etc. The target needs to be alive and the bigger the injury, the longer it takes to heal. The limits of the heal, however, are almost none as it can heal 150 damage per turn and can even heal the chakra system or other injuries that are otherwise not possible to be healed. The technique requires time and physical contact and as such isn't very suited to use in a battle when compared to regular Iryo Ninjutsu.
Note: Yang Release masters are able to use on themselves.

Description: Seeking a way to enhance the body to its uttermost limits, a group of shinobi known as the Pillar Men created the Kinjutsu known as "Phantom Blood." Sealed into stone masks by its creators, Phantom Blood is a Kinjutsu designed to transform the body; upon being touched by blood and worn on the face, the mask releases several spines that inject a surge of Yang-based energy into the user's body that binds itself to their cells and naturally occurring fluids. This process permanently transforms the user into an entity known as a "Vampire," the Yang-based energy passively granting them physical prowess and agility on par with that of the Second of the Eight Inner Gates. Vampires possess immense longevity, their lifespans continuing indefinitely, and can even remain alive after any injury that would normally be fatal for ordinary humans(in terms of the function of the RP, this aspect of the longevity is largely cosmetic; the user's health points still abide to normal health rules and the user will still lose a match when their health reaches zero). However, they are not truly immortal; a fatal injury to the brain will result in the death of a vampire as normal. This longevity grants those under the influence of Phantom Blood a naturally higher capacity to heal, able to passively recover from damage on par with Hashirama Senju's passive regeneration. Minor wounds, burns, cuts, etc. will all passively heal over a small period of time, closing up wounds and injuries after one turn. While this healing can recover such wounds over the course of one turn, it is not without its limits; a Vampire's passive healing is only able to restore the body so that it can function, but does not restore lost HP(for instance, an arm broken by an A-rank technique will mend itself, but the user will not recover the lost 60 points of their health).

This longevity can also be manifested in enhanced ways, though these require active uses. The user can increase the power of the regeneration to restore up to 75 Health Points. This can be used to mend more severe injuries, such as restoring destroyed organs or reattaching detached limbs. Should the user make physical contact with another living organism, such as a bio or summoning creature, the user can execute this ability with greater ease, compensating for the comparatively lesser use of chakra by stealing some of the opponent's vitality.

Note: Enhanced regeneration requires physical contact with target and can only be utilized two times per battle. Can only be used by Yin-Yang masters
Note: Active regeneration occupies a move slot, consuming 70 chakra. Through direct contact, the chakra drainage drops to 50 chakra. Regular version can be used once every two turns, direct contact once every other turn. Either version can only be used twice per battle
Note: Due to their bodies growing acclimated to Yang energy through the Phantom Blood transformation, Vampires become able to use techniques that would normally clash with the usage of Yang Release techniques without such hindrance, though all other restrictions apply

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points
Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, 40 damage reduction from clashes, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques
Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)
It will also abide to the following restrictions:

The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.
It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.

The World Over Heaven, or simply The World, is the creation of DIO, the Sage Over Heaven. The World is considered among the most powerful of Stands, its power sufficient that it walks with a life of its own. He stands at 10 feet tall, taller than Goetia. The World Over Heaven's abilities are as follows:

-Corium Release, Sea Stone Release, and Water Release
-Yin-Yang Release
-Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points
-The World has human levels of intelligence, though it does not often speak aside from its war cry or grunts of effort. It shares a mental link with DIO, and the two form a flawless team in battle.
-The World Over Heaven does not require the use of handseals to execute its abilities, nor is it limited by source restrictions.

The sequence, sensed by the Yin-Yang Specialist, was rapid. A surge in chakra within Menma, the flicker of an irregularity within his own chakra system, and the sudden onset of a violent vibration throughout his body. Deducing the nature of his irregular chakra flow as a Genjutsu, the most likely option as there were no external indications of a Ninjutsu or weapon as the cause of the chakra fluctuations, DIO simply passed on ta simple instruction to his Creation.

The World Over Heaven, receiving the command through their psychic link, conjured several extremely sharp blades of water. Waving its arms, the Creation directed the two blades to slash into DIO's left shoulder, leaving gashes in the flesh deep enough to break the Genjutsu and returning DIO's senses to normal. The vampire hissed from the pain, and directed his eyes towards the approaching Menma.

DIO detected another surge of chakra, and the landscape itself shifted. The Sage found himself bound hand and foot, lodged within what appeared to be a dark room. The walls of the room were quite strange, looking and feeling more like flesh. He sensed no further irregularities in his chakra flow, ruling out the possibility of Genjutsu. Perhaps summoning jutsu? The Sage remained calm, shifting his eyes into the Sharingan and then the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.

"What an interesting ability," DIO mused.

The Sage began gathering his chakra through his body, focusing a surge through his right arm. The chakra materialized into a golden aura emitting from the arm before rapidly flaring in size and shape, condensing into the right arm of his Susano'o. The arm tore through the flesh of the toad binding DIO, freeing him as the Sage and leaving a deep gash through the toad's stomach. DIO thrusted the arm forward, pushing its superior power through the Wind Blade, guiding his accuracy through his ability to sense chakra.

"It seems this ability of yours prevents me from detecting which of these are copies and which is your true body. I suppose I'll have to deal with them all at once."

DIO kept the thrust going, performing a swatting motion to smash through each of the Menma copies in front of him and shoving them against the ground.

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage.

The damage inflicted to the toad's stomach would cause its body to be torn open, returning all parties inside to the battlefield as DIO's assault smashed Menma against the monument's surface. The Sage looked on intently for any signs of life from Menma, the Susano'o arm shimmering away as he began to heal the wound in his shoulder.

Description: Through the infusion of Yang natured chakra into others, users can heal others to their original best physical form. It can be used to regrow missing body parts, heal wounds, purge poisons, etc. The target needs to be alive and the bigger the injury, the longer it takes to heal. The limits of the heal, however, are almost none as it can heal 150 damage per turn and can even heal the chakra system or other injuries that are otherwise not possible to be healed. The technique requires time and physical contact and as such isn't very suited to use in a battle when compared to regular Iryo Ninjutsu.
Note: Yang Release masters are able to use on themselves.

Description: Seeking a way to enhance the body to its uttermost limits, a group of shinobi known as the Pillar Men created the Kinjutsu known as "Phantom Blood." Sealed into stone masks by its creators, Phantom Blood is a Kinjutsu designed to transform the body; upon being touched by blood and worn on the face, the mask releases several spines that inject a surge of Yang-based energy into the user's body that binds itself to their cells and naturally occurring fluids. This process permanently transforms the user into an entity known as a "Vampire," the Yang-based energy passively granting them physical prowess and agility on par with that of the Second of the Eight Inner Gates. Vampires possess immense longevity, their lifespans continuing indefinitely, and can even remain alive after any injury that would normally be fatal for ordinary humans(in terms of the function of the RP, this aspect of the longevity is largely cosmetic; the user's health points still abide to normal health rules and the user will still lose a match when their health reaches zero). However, they are not truly immortal; a fatal injury to the brain will result in the death of a vampire as normal. This longevity grants those under the influence of Phantom Blood a naturally higher capacity to heal, able to passively recover from damage on par with Hashirama Senju's passive regeneration. Minor wounds, burns, cuts, etc. will all passively heal over a small period of time, closing up wounds and injuries after one turn. While this healing can recover such wounds over the course of one turn, it is not without its limits; a Vampire's passive healing is only able to restore the body so that it can function, but does not restore lost HP(for instance, an arm broken by an A-rank technique will mend itself, but the user will not recover the lost 60 points of their health).

This longevity can also be manifested in enhanced ways, though these require active uses. The user can increase the power of the regeneration to restore up to 75 Health Points. This can be used to mend more severe injuries, such as restoring destroyed organs or reattaching detached limbs. Should the user make physical contact with another living organism, such as a bio or summoning creature, the user can execute this ability with greater ease, compensating for the comparatively lesser use of chakra by stealing some of the opponent's vitality.

Note: Enhanced regeneration requires physical contact with target and can only be utilized two times per battle. Can only be used by Yin-Yang masters
Note: Active regeneration occupies a move slot, consuming 70 chakra. Through direct contact, the chakra drainage drops to 50 chakra. Regular version can be used once every two turns, direct contact once every other turn. Either version can only be used twice per battle

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points
Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, 40 damage reduction from clashes, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques
Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)
It will also abide to the following restrictions:

The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.

As the water blades were created out of thin air, Menma inserted his chakra into the ground causing the earth to tremble as Menma and his copies ran forward together entering short range. The earth shaking was enough to cause the creation's aim to be severely off as it was commanded to physically assault Dio to break him out of the genjutsu he was under. With the original aim of the technique being an attack upon the left shoulder of Dio, the water blades would now instead be "accidentally" planted into the flesh of Dio's neck. This meant the deep cuts meant for Dio's shoulder, would now cause critical and fatal damage for any normal human being as the water blades sliced through the neck of Dio. Dio's head would fly off his body onto the ground due to the dismemberment caused by his partner's own hand.

Sensing the build up of Menma's chakra below, DIO immediately communicated a new plan to his Creation. The World Over Heaven relinquihed the blades upon learning of the chakra being focused below, and their form dissipated into harmless puddles of water before any harm could come to DIO. The ground then began to shake, and the Creation four arms of Yin chakra, infused with the "property of Sloth." Guided by DIO's instruction, the World drove the Hands directly toward the approaching Menma. Should he continue with his Taijutsu, The World's attack would burst through the aura of Natural Energy and shatter his limbs before inflicting several blows. Undeterred, Menma would suffer the full effects of the Sloth, rendering him unconscious.

Description: This technique gets its name from one of the deadliest sins, sloth. The user begins by clapping their hands and focusing their Yin Release chakra behind them. The user creates several chakra arms (up to 8) behind them which are spiritual in nature. They do not appear to the naked senses, only Sage Mode users, Rinnegan and other Yin-Yang Release users can detect these hands. The best way to describe this technique is in relation to Madara’s Boader Jail technique. The arms are capable of physically interacting with the world and attacking or defending against physical constructs. However, the user can freely turn them completely intangible if they wish to bypass physical obstacles. The base usage of this technique allows the user to attack or defend covertly by freely manipulating the invisible arms. However, in their second form the user can add the “properties of sloth” to the hands which are dejection, idleness, and sleep. Dejection is a loss of will and focus translated in causing a victim to lose coherent perception of the world around them and weaken their ability to defend against genjutsu. Idleness is a loss of action which is translated to a hampered ability to cast techniques. As the earth shook, a massive build up of chakra from The World poured out and was directed towards Menma as he closed in with his copies ready to strike it with Taijutsu. As Dio fashioned several handseal with the single hand he had, Menma could also sense a simultaneous attack to come from him. Thanks to the Heavenly Blessing seal active on Menma's body, it would passively draw upon some of the thermal energy created by the fireball as it released by DIO, meanwhile the Hands of Sloth missed their mark, hitting thin air as the shaking prevented a accurate attack from taking place. Menma prepared a response to the oncoming attacks, as he created a single, unique shadow clone who stood directly in front of him, with its arms outstretched. Menma and his copies jumped upon them and were thrown high into the sky. The clone, being in Sage Mode had immense strength and aided Menma in quickly getting out of the way of the attacks being thrown at him, by tossing him all the way into the sky to long range. As Menma sailed upwards into the air out and out of the path of the attacks, the fire technique released by Dio exploded into a fire storm, and even though the clone was able to shave the brunt of the damage, it was still enough to cause it to no longer be able to exist due to the immense power behind the technique.

The destruction of the shadow clone however was all in Menma's own plans to counter attack at the same time, as the destruction resulted in the activation of the Reverse Four Symbols Seal that was upon the body of the clone. A massive black sphere would encompass the entire area up to mid range, drawing in all the surrounding matter which would include DIO and his creation, drawing them into the body of the shadow clone and due to it being within 5 meters of Dio and The World, it meant almost no escape paths would exist for them in the wake of the attack. When everything was drawn in, the clone would finally disperse and effectively destroy DIO and his creation simultaneously. The events that had all just transpired at the same would all be hidden due to the activation of a piece of technology, which would result in a bright flash of light, sound, and chakra that would have dropped from Menma's robe at the time of the clone's creation and explode as Menma was thrown into the air. This would effectively render any ability to sense, see, or hear exactly what was happening as the clone was destroyed by the fire technique and the seal activated, giving DIO no indication of where Menma was and no indication of what was happening as he was drawn in by the Reverse Four Symbols Seal.

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs

Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.

The clone will then disappear in a puff of smoke and effectively destroy the object. The user, if nearby when this occurs can also be affected by this technique.

The Apex Opulence is a priceless artifact that even the wealthiest of Daimyo and Warlords feel pressured in buying. At the time of the Daijo-daijin’s death, he sealed his and his wife’s soul within the diamond that would, in effect, allow them to be together for eternity in the grandeur that was the Freehold. The gemstone was passed down from administration to administration until it was finally lost when the Kyuubi razed Chungsu, leading the Apex Opulence into the hands of the Witchwood Company. The gem allows the user to summon the souls of the two unnamed rulers into battle to serve the user for six turns in exchange for an immense amount of chakra. While the Apex Opulence is active and their souls are summoned, the user cannot have other summonings on the battlefield. If there are summonings present when the Apex Opulence is used, they will be automatically dispersed. The two souls are bound as one; this means that while they operate as two entities, should one be dispersed then the other will be as well. As spiritual entities, the souls of Apex Opulence can only be interacted with by Yin-Yang or Senjutsu, much like the Hands of Sloth. However, they can be perceived as normal spectral beings. Neither speak or communicate with the user, but they share a mental bond that allows the user to issue their commands. The Apex Opulence is immune to Fuuinjutsu of all types, and can perform elemental Ninjutsu without hand seals, including all elements that the user knows. These techniques are enhanced by 30 additional damage, and do not draw upon the user’s chakra reserves. With The World's onslaught missing its mark and sensing the creation of another entity not far from them, DIO made the decision to regroup. The effects of the Genjutsu, another factor in his following decision, finally receded, and the Sage made his move.

"We let down our guard, and he got in close. Let's confine them like the rats they are."

Receiving the telepathic message and its master's plan, The World began to gather its chakra. DIO, standing beside it, crouched to the ground and quickly slammed his palms against the soil, infusing it with his chakra. The ground surrounding Menma and his clone would rapidly shift in place. In an area measuring five meters to their side, five meters behind Menma, and a few meters in front of where the clone was formed, the ground rapidly sunk into a pit. The flames traveling across the ground would also be caught in the area as well, with DIO executing the timing and placement of the affected area so as not to catch himself or The World Over Heaven.

Menma and the clone would both lose their footing as Menma approached the latter, leaving them unable to properly stand, let alone able to execute the throw Menma had planned as the drop would start right before the clone could thrust its creator. The bomb dropped by Menma would also be caught in the affected area, going off and inflicting its own user with the effects as well. Blinded, deafened, and unable to sense anything, Menma would be none the wiser to the additional danger approaching from above.

(Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.

As Menma and the clone dropped below, The World spewed from its mouth a wave of Corium. Starting as a narrow jet, the wave spread out like a sheet as it dropped into the pit created by DIO. The loss of his senses, triggered by the bomb's detonation shortly after DIO began lowering the earth, only motivated the Vampire to further lower the pit and create more distance between himself and Menma. Aiming to give himself ample time to recover his senses, DIO lowered the pit fifteen and a half meters below.

The clone's seal, detonated by the fire, would serendipitously be delayed from ever reaching DIO or his Creation as its source was lowered further and further away, even as it expanded outwards. Menma, however, would not be so lucky.The World itself would stop releasing the Corium shortly after beginning, creating just enough to blanket the two opponents, and would too await the return of its senses, as the two quickly moved a few meters backward as well, taking a new position in the event their opponent managed to survive.

With The World's onslaught missing its mark and sensing the creation of another entity not far from them, DIO made the decision to regroup. The effects of the Genjutsu, another factor in his following decision, finally receded, and the Sage made his move.

"We let down our guard, and he got in close. Let's confine them like the rats they are."

Receiving the telepathic message and its master's plan, The World began to gather its chakra. DIO, standing beside it, crouched to the ground and quickly slammed his palms against the soil, infusing it with his chakra. The ground surrounding Menma and his clone would rapidly shift in place. In an area measuring five meters to their side, five meters behind Menma, and a few meters in front of where the clone was formed, the ground rapidly sunk into a pit. The flames traveling across the ground would also be caught in the area as well, with DIO executing the timing and placement of the affected area so as not to catch himself or The World Over Heaven.

Menma and the clone would both lose their footing as Menma approached the latter, leaving them unable to properly stand, let alone able to execute the throw Menma had planned as the drop would start right before the clone could thrust its creator. The bomb dropped by Menma would also be caught in the affected area, going off and inflicting its own user with the effects as well. Blinded, deafened, and unable to sense anything, Menma would be none the wiser to the additional danger approaching from above.

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

As asked by both parties, i'm going to be checking this fight. So i'm gonna break it down move by move to make it clear moving forwards. If you don't like this, well you can always grab another sensei after.

Turn one

Geezy - He has 4 copies of himself thanks to the ninja tech. He passively activates sage mode with 20% chakra, then uses the vibration gen. Following that he uses the Toad stomach tech followed by wind blade. This would be a little weird as it would rely on Riker looking at the real you, in the eyes for the trigger, making eye contact. Just my thoughts but just cause you're looking at his eyes, doesn't mean you've made eye contact.

Riker - Riker used his creation to create a blade of water to cut him to break the gen. He passively activated EMS. Riker uses Susanoo incomplete form to tear through the toad flesh and attack. More than enough to over power the wind. Following this, with them being sent back to the field, riker goes on to heal himself.

No issues here.

Turn two

Geezy - Geezy used earth shaking to try and counter the water freeing Riker. This is flawed, because Geezy doesn't control the way the ground shakes or how the creation falls. That is unpredictable. It could fall backwards and just not connect, on the other hand if it fell forwards it would just cut lower, falling down. The other thing to consider is the way the water works. The creation makes the water with it's hands movements, even if you caused it to lose balance, unless you use world shaking, before it's water (Breaking the timeframe) you wouldn't change it's trajectory. Last but no least, you should specify the area effected by the shaking, cause the real riker would be thrown off balance, which could cause the water to miss completely. TLDR; You can't just decide the fall when it's an uncontrolled earth shaking.

Geezy follows up with some taijutsu.

Riker - Riker tried to have the creation end the water technique. Now let me go into this:

You can't go back to the first action in a previous timeframe and undo it like that. This was shown in a fight of Geezy vs Pyro in the grand rp tournament. You can see that for the official check. The problem here is that riker was reacting to the way Geezy's move had tried to change the timeframe. Geezy shouldn't of been able to interrupt the water anyway. And thus it wouldn't have come to this. He tried to interrupt Riker's first action in his previous move in a weird way. So in a sense, these basically make each other null and void. It's just something i wanted to point out.

With that out the way. Riker responds with his creation using hands of the sloth to attack Geezy and he released the mass of fire forwards. This is all fine.

Turn three

Note: I see you both came to the agreement the sloth wouldn't hit Geezy. But they would be enough to deter the oncoming attack. The fireball, doing damage, would be enough to reset the timeframe of the previous sequence anyway.

Geezy - Geezy creates a special clone to throw Geezy up with his copies. It's hard to visualise the lot of them getting thrown up in the same go but that's just me. The fire engulfs this special clone destroying it. Now i have a problem with this. Geezy states "it was still enough to cause it to no longer be able to exist due to the immense power behind the technique. ". If the clone is gone, the seal that is part of the clone itself would also be gone. The jutsu says "When the clone is defeated or detonated at will by the user", this doesn't explain what defeated is. If a clone is completely wiped out by fire, or no longer exists, the seal that is part of it will no longer exist.

Following being thrown into the air, he would activate his Artifact.

Note: At this point i believe Geezy would be in short range 5m, due to his seal being able to draw on the fire as he states. He acknowledges that both Riker's jutsu have been used before he reacts.

Riker - With the Vibration and shaking gone, he changes his move. He has his creation drop the ground in order to throw Geezy and his clone off. Now i agree with riker on this. You've stopped to create a clone, but you wouldn't be able to be thrown due to all of you suddenly falling, something you didn't take into account.

Ruling:

I wanted to outline everything above to be clear for the future but as it stands, this is my decision. The clone forms, the ground drops as it's formed, causing Geezy and his clone to fall down. Geezy needs to defend from this. Now, the flash bombs. These were dropped as the clone was made, to go off as Geezy is thrown into the air. Seeing as Geezy wont get thrown, it's hard to say, by the wording if the flash bombs would be triggered. So i'm going to go with the following:

The clone and Geezy are falling into the ground, the fire is about to hit them, the flash bombs aren't triggered to go off. Geezy is to reply from this. Feel free to DM me if you're not happy about this.

With the ground being removed from beneath them alongside the oncoming Fire the situation seemed dire. With hastened reactions thanks to the two use of Senjutsu, Menma and his clone both proceeded to act simultaneously in response to the opponent's disruption of their maneuver. The clone, slapped it hands together and in turn would reverse summon both DIO and itself into the body of a giant toad which would leave them both confined to a remote area in Mt. Myobokuzan. It was here the clone was willing made to destroy itself, causing the Four Symbols Seal to activate as the two were in the confines of the toad's belly. DIO hands and legs would been immobilized being deeply embedded in the toad's digestive tract and proceeding to be crushed. As he was being digested, however the activation of the seal would not only pull Dio into the body of the clone, but also the giant toad itself. The opponent would have been effectively cut off from his Creation and would be trapped inside the belly of the toad who rested within Mt. Myobokuzan.
Without the use of some sort of Space/Time ability or technique to summon him back to the Valley of the End, DIO would be unable to return to the side of his Creation as he would have effectively been summoned to a completely new battlefield. He would have no idea of where he actually was. Even if he managed to somehow kill the toad in the short sequence of events, this would not by any means change the fact that he was not in some new dimension that could simply be dispelled by killing the toad, he was now in fact completely cut off from his ally for the time being.


(Fuinjutsu/Purasumoidoton: Ten no Shukufuku)- Plasmoid Release/Sealing Arts: Heavenly Blessing (reference)

As a result of this seal, arcs of energy will be seen flowing off of the user’s clothing up to a meter from the user. The purpose of this seal is to increase the power of techniques utilized by the user by constantly absorbing nearby thermal energy. To achieve this effect, the user will utilize the signature property of Plasmoid. This involves siphoning thermal energy off of energy based objects once in range or the opponent if they get within range (5m). As an energy based object weak to Plasmoid nears the user, the seal will passively draw in the thermal energy and convert it to chakra for the user. By doing this the user will be able to passively enhance one of their techniques by twenty damage points or one rank depending on the situation by using the chakra to empower the techniques even more. At the cost of a move when an opponent gets within range, the user can preform the seal of confrontation to activate the seal. This will cause a short range spherical barrier to expand with the user at the center. In this barrier, the user effectively becomes the core of the Plasmoid and the barrier will move along with the user. Opponents who are within this barrier will begin to feel sluggish and cold as their thermal energy drains, this results in their speed being reduced by 2 levels and taijutsu and weapon techniques to be weakened by 10 damage. This effect increases by 1 speed levels and 5 damage for each turn the opponent remains in range. Eventually on the 4th turn, the target will be rendered completely frozen due to losing all their thermal energy. To maintain the barrier will however drain the user of 10 additional chakra per turn during which no other chakra based techniques can be used.

Meanwhile back in the Valley of the End, Menma at the same time was in imminent danger, and instinctively released a large portion of his Tailed Beast chakra from every point of his body which shrouded him like a bubble forming a thick shield which was infused and shrouded with Senjutsu and the additional chakra generated from the Heavenly Blessing seal. The chakra took the shape of the Nine Tails but was only large enough to equate to a medium sized summoning, the chakra made to not only lift Menma out of the pit which had been prevented from transcending any further than 5 meters as DIO had been reversed summoned from the battlefield by Menma's clone. As the fire made contact it was easily dispelled by the overpowering Tailed Beast chakra, the Corium as it made contact sizzled and dispersed against the powerful chakra it encountered. While simultaneously the large hand of the psuedo Nine Tails served to smash The World into a pancake, easily covering a range of about 5 meters in diameter with the open palmed strike.

Description: This technique is a basic and general one that can be used by any jinchuriki, or pseudo-jinchuriki, that is capable of achieving a chakra shroud. Using that same basic concept, the jinchuriki draws out their tailed beast chakra, but instead of allowing it to form a shroud they utilize shape manipulation to re-purpose it in a way of their choosing. This can be used to create a wide assortment of objects such as pillars, shields, waves, etc. As the chakra is released from the jinchuriki's body, these things must originate from their body and cannot "appear" elsewhere on the field. These techniques share the same translucent red-orange as the jinchuriki's chakra shroud. S Rank Version can only be used thrice per battle with a cool down of two turns between each use while no Bijutsu A rank and above in the same turn.

While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. Complete Body:

Well, here i am again. Both parties have once again asked to do a check on this latest move. I'll outline from how things were left in my last check. In which it was Geezy's move, he was falling in the hole with his special clone and the flash bangs weren't going off. He had fire coming at him within 5m.

Turn 4:

Geezy - Geezy's special clone reverse summons Riker and itself to toad stomach and goes to detonate itself. At the same time he creates a chakra shroud around himself to protect him then go to attack The World.

Riker - Riker creates a susanoo to tear through the belly of the toad, grabs his creation and leaps back.


Right now to break down the issues brought to me:

Susanoo:
  • Sasuke's Susanoo when he has EMS/Rin, is huge. No question about that. It would be more than large enough to tear through the stomach of the toad. I know that Geezy has linked an image on discord of those dogs, but Sasuke's Susanoo dwarfs them with ease. Not only this but only one arm would need to tear through the flesh to cause it to disperse, moving onto my next point.
  • Geezy made the point that Susanoo has no damage value. While in the jutsu this may be true, it's rank speaks for itself. I would like to remind you that the Second time Sasuke used his Susanoo was against Danzo, completely crushing the man in his grasp. That was his MS susanoo. Riker has advanced Sasuke with six paths senjutsu. Speaking of which, technically the Susanoo should have six paths senjutsu in it giving it a damage value of at least 30 anyway i believe?
  • Continuing with the damage value theme, Crushing stomach has no damage value either, so that logic would fall short as it's not about two damage levels colliding. Instead go off the rank of the jutsu and by that logic, Susanoo is still stronger.
  • Another issue was that it would not have legs. This is false. The susanoo would be formed with legs. Riker later in his move said the Susanoo jumped. Now, how can it jump without legs? It's his creation of susanoo, so would create it how he wants to use it, with the jump being the intention, it would be formed with legs.
Long story short: Susanoo works in freeing him and jumping back.

Note:

Geezy's jutsu states: ". This can be used to create a wide assortment of objects such as pillars, shields, waves, etc. " - it says nothing about creating hands to strike. There is no mention of limbs etc.

Ruling:

Riker's susanoo can tear through the toad stomach. It has legs. It grabbed the creation and is jumping back. Geezy's attack failed with the cloak as he tried to make an Arm which is not within his jutsu limits. It is Geezy's move. As for the clone. Well the toad stomach is destroyed, which allowed Riker to return to the field. The clone, well i believe it would go off in the stomach. So i'm going with it's there. Geezy wont be effected by the sealing. Proceed from here.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye(Passive)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Description: a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susanoo is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susanoo, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susanoo to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susanoo has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. More notably, its own abilities can be used in conjunction with Blaze Release, which occurs passively. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.

Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user (with Rinnegan) stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susanoo to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susanoo acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a biju. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.

Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: For Sasuke with EMS, Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after EMS is reactivated.

Description: The user accesses the Kyubi chakra that is sealed away in his body after the separating Kyubi's chakra and its will, gaining the ability to access its chakra directly whenever he needs it without interacting with the beast at all. In doing so, he gains a chakra shroud that resembles the Sage of the Six Paths' silhouette. The colour of his eyes changes from blue to orange, instead of red. Also, while the demon fox shroud is red and releases chakra as burning, acidic bubbles, this form's shroud is yellow and releases chakra as flickers of flame, instead. Minato, when using this, is slightly darker. With the Nine-Tails' power under his control, the user's strength is significantly increased, adding +25 to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. His speed is greatly increased to the point in which he surpasses A while in his last version of Lightning Release Armor. The user can create chakra arms from the shroud which can aide in the manipulation of various techniques. The chakra arms give the user greater range of attacks as well as greater dexterity and manoeuvrability with his fighting style without the use of shadow clones.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

The Clones, named U, ZU, MA, and KI all stood at the ready to see what the opponent would do next. U who was standing in the back of the group, would clasp his hands together to prepare a summoning technique that would take a few moments to prepare.

DIO's eyes twitched, the Sage sensing the potent build-up of chakra gathering within Menma's body.

"Could this be..."

An aura of chakra, bright and like fire, flickered into being and clung tightly to Menma's body. The Sage's eyes narrowed, and he sent his instructions to The World Over Heaven. DIO dispelled the Susano'o once the duo were close enough to the ground to land safely, and focused his chakra into his right eye as they descended to begin setting up the Izanami. At the same time, The World thrust the Hands of the Sloth toward Menma in a barrage of blows. The Creation struck the area around the Jinchuriki, compensating for the illusions around him to ensure that the foe would be obliterated by the attack.

( Doujutsu: Izanami ) - Eye Technique: Izanami

Description: Izanami is one of the ultimate techniques of the Uchiha clan, said to have been created to deal with Izanagi users that went mad or abused it. It is a genjutsu which affects the target through physical sensations shared between them and the user. Like its counterpart, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed away and loses its light forever, leftblind for the rest of the match. According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but while Izanagi is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it. To begin the technique, after selecting any arbitrary moment, the caster uses their Sharingan to remember the physical sensations and every detail that surrounds him and his opponent as well as the information gathered by all his senses and that of their opponent's during that instant like a photograph. The user must then intentionally replicate the same sensation, feeling and moment and in the same way, memorise it with their Sharingan. Then, upon casting the technique, Izanami overlaps and connects these two identical "moments" as well as the flow of time between them, creating an infinite loop of events that entraps the opponent's consciousness. Whilst under the effects of the technique, the target stands motionlessly as the loop of events continually replays inside their mind. Each time a loop is repeated, any physical damage incurred is reset as it were before the start of the loop. Despite being able to become consciously aware of their situation and act differently, the victim is unable to significantly alter or escape from the inevitable progression of these events. However, because this technique was created to reprimand and save the users of Izanagi, the victim is able to escape the infinite loop if they can acknowledge the real results of their actions and in doing so, accept their fate.
Note: Can only be used by Uchiha bios and the user must have mastered all Sharingan Genjutsu as well as gained access to MS or EMS, even if he doesn't need it to cast the illusion.
Note: Can only be used once per eye, after which the used eye loses its light for the rest of the fight.
Note: Doesn't require eye contact and takes 2 turns to set up and then trigger, during which the user can't use Genjutsu on the enemy.
Note: The user is left noticeably exhausted once the technique is fully triggered, while the target is left locked inside the illusion for up to 3 turns, unable to move or be aware of anything from the real world during that time. During those 3 turns, the user can make use of Genjutsu to interrogate the target freely without him knowing. After the 3 turns pass, the target is released but left in an exausted state, unable to fight or flee.
Note: Once triggered, target can't release himself from the illusion for the full 3 turns.

(Inton: Namakemono no Ude ) Yin Release: Hands of Sloth(Reference)

Description: This technique gets its name from one of the deadliest sins, sloth. The user begins by clapping their hands and focusing their Yin Release chakra behind them. The user creates several chakra arms (up to 8) behind them which are spiritual in nature. They do not appear to the naked senses, only Sage Mode users, Rinnegan and other Yin-Yang Release users can detect these hands. The best way to describe this technique is in relation to Madara’s Boader Jail technique. The arms are capable of physically interacting with the world and attacking or defending against physical constructs. However, the user can freely turn them completely intangible if they wish to bypass physical obstacles. The base usage of this technique allows the user to attack or defend covertly by freely manipulating the invisible arms. However, in their second form the user can add the “properties of sloth” to the hands which are dejection, idleness, and sleep. Dejection is a loss of will and focus translated in causing a victim to lose coherent perception of the world around them and weaken their ability to defend against genjutsu. Idleness is a loss of action which is translated to a hampered ability to cast techniques. Sleep is a loss of consciousness which is translated in a comatose state brought about by the sealing of one’s spirit if they are not sufficiently healed. The third and final form of this technique is brought about when the user introduces their Yang Release chakra which essentially makes the hands quasi-sentient and self-sufficient without the user’s mental input.
Note: all Yin Release users can use the base form of this technique. Yin Release masters or Yin-Yang users can use the second form. The final form of this technique can only be used by Yin-Yang users with a Yin affinity.
Note: The properties of sloth are spiritually degenerating properties. The more a victim interacts with the hands the worse they become. When touched by the hands once, the victim enters dejection and becomes unable to deduce A-rank and above genjutsu and unable to break S-rank genjutsu by any means. When touched twice the victim enters idleness and they become unable to perform techniques within a single time-frame. When touched thrice, the victim’s mind is sealed over the course of 2 turns and they enter a genjutsu that renders them a mindless puppet to the user. The properties of sloth can only affect victims if the hands are tangible. Switching between tangibility and intangibility requires a move.
Note: Genjutsu specialists and other Yin-Yang users can resist the properties of sloth through the use of counter genjutsu or Yin Release techniques like Yin State.
Note: This technique can be used once per battle. While in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yang Release, or Yin-Yang Release techniques.
