Team 2 wins. They have 4 of the arguably top 5/6 greatest strategical ninjas. Kinshiki could clash with Sasuke, but the Kages could also capture him & evade his attacks. It's safe to say he's faster than all of the kages, yet not at all to an overwhelming extent like Madara was when he took off Minato's arms. I would only consider Kinshiki to be that fast if the series had scaled properly and Sasuke were too. As I see it, this series has a bad handle on speed(e.g. Boruto even being able to harm Momoshiki & Kawaki jumping in front of Delta's attack), and thus the series' has a low ceiling for speed.
Anyhow, I think it's doable because of that. I'm betting all my stars on the fact that Kinshiki is no faster than Minato. Then I'm just evaulating Team 2's strength by how well they perform into Minato, who's arguably their strongest member. Itachi vs Minato is unsolvable, so practically equal. Tobirama is slightly weaker than Minato in terms of effectiveness, but generally stronger? Then Kakashi is all-around weaker than everyone. All this said, I don't think Kinshiki could neg Minato, potentially low-diff or mid-diff, but never neg. Imo, Kinshiki is actually fighting multiple people who could stand up to him in 1v1 for a while, whereas he was only fighting 2 of the weaker kages(Sharp Teeth Sword Dude and Rock Fists Flying Woman) earlier because the stronger ones fixated on Momo.
When you give these 5 some of the strongest tools, there's nothing else to expect besides Kinshiki getting stomped.
Anyone slower than Kinshiki is graced by Tobirama's ability to teleport them from danger or Itachi's Yata Shield, thus the threat of Kinshiki's speed & strength itself is limited. Then they have Kakashi's Kamui, Minato's Death God(which seeks the target like a missile), and Itachi's Totsuka, so his durability itself can also be made irrelevant. This fight is only a question of openings, and openings will literally happen everytime Kinshiki decides to attack one of the four.
