What do you suggest one should do when a person does something you don't like?

First you check if it's a type person you can discuss with and can respect when they are doing something another person doesnt likes. If it's the type person I cant talk to or has no respect i stop dealing with them. Sometimes family are those people and in those situations I'm tolerant till the point i think what they are doing wont harm me if not then it's best to care for them in a distance.

Sometimes you have to pull them to the side or when your on your own and tell them in a sincere way. That way you won't embarrass them in front of people and the ego can be kept in check. You start by saying we're friends.. and go from there.
