I get waht you're getting at with the schedule but if you're a successful mangaka for over a decade you probably have the ability to either produce your own at your own pace or command the ability to have a more lenient schedule if a company wanted to work with you.

Bleach is not as popular as Dragon Ball or Naruto, but I think he should eventually try to make a successor to Bleach involving Kazui Kurosaki.
