I said "when" implicating the case of a 4KPN. In a 4KPN the SK is in disadvantage. Because the SK filles the niche of an "opposing Faction Kill".
Having 2 faction kills opposing a person with just 1 faction kill is not a balance. And it will never be the case.

Your saying that the Sk would be at a disadvantage because he is alone and can kill once? Isnt that what makes the Sk role so much more challenging but just as hard to capture?
