How come Sakura could fight equally with Madara but Naruto and Sasuke couldn't?

When Madara fight pre-rikudou Naruto/Saskey he one shot them but when he fight Sakura she was equal to him...able to tank his black rods and shannaroo his limbo...Why is this??!?!? Also, Sakura didnt need rikudou power up to hurt kaguya but Naruto/Saskey did???? Was Sakura=most naturally talented team 7 member after all???
