The why is really simple. Sakura = Naruto = Sasuke, but there's one major factor to consider. Sakura doesn't have a giant avatar or countless flashy jutsu, so that logically means she's better at something than the other Naruto and Sasuke. That something is taijutsu. We've seen Kyguga(or whatever her name is) bust open a susanoo with hyugga taijutsu and we could just as easily see Sakura do the same. What i mean to say is, Sakura can break all of jigen's bones because her taijutsu is just at that level. the only absorption he's going to be doing is recieving blunt force trauma through his bones,
