Right Now Disney is making star wars content they call canon.
However Lucas had different plans for ep 7 8 and 9.
Meaning his Canon would have been different.

If Disney decided to publish Lucas plans in The form of a filler arc comic. Then wouldn't that piece of filler be Canon and Disney star wars is really fan fiction made by another company than The creator?
