I still say pming each person their questions at the time agreed and then checking the time stamp of the replies the easiest way to do this. Maybe send a pm 5-10 minutes ahead of the question to let them know to expect it.

Wouldn't be competitive when only one is online only reasonable option now is just to submit just a list of questions in general and who ever answers first wins.

Honestly just realized way more simpler to set this up in the sheep game format. Whoever wins and wants to host it think should just do it in this format in the future and just trust people will try to play fairly.
