The only time you(anybody) can read it two ways is if you actually ignore the scans which confirms Naruto receives the nine tails chakra and it becomes a part of his reserves. They're as canon and as clear as you can get. And once the other scans(shitgun's) are read in light of that, then you(anybody) can comprehend the context(referring to chakra cloaks and overflow).

Kakashi says Naruto stamina is do to the nine tails, but how would he know since nobody knew nine tail chakra was supposedly leaking out at the time? He could of meant since naruto was a baby fighting off the nine tails it made naruto chakra grow to keep kurama at bay influence work that way.

External just mean outshell and internal means something inside. He never said anything about the chakra that mixed with naruto chakra is what healed him, he just said the internal chakra healed him which could be kurama his self for all we know

Kakashi says Naruto stamina is do to the nine tails, but how would he know since nobody knew nine tail chakra was supposedly leaking out at the time? He could of meant since naruto was a baby fighting off the nine tails it made naruto chakra grow to keep kurama at bay influence work that way.
We know this because of authorial intent, Kakashi was made to say this by Kishimoto to let us know why Naruto has a lot of chakra relative to the others. That is unless you're suggesting Kishimoto made him day that for shits and giggles. Also Naruto's chakra was never fighting the 9 tails, his body fights it not chakra.
Jiriaya seen the seal and said any chakra that leak out would be suppressed and a meshed in to naruto’s doesn’t have to mean it made his reserves bigger, but him saying it’s mixing unevenly could mean orochimaru messed up naruto ability to suppress and change it to his chakra. If it works like how you are saying that mean every jin should have huge chakra reserves because some was cool with their beast and I’m pretty sure naruto’s deal was said to be one of the strongest seals placed unlike bee not sure about the others but we can assume they’re the same. Yes, that means it wouldn't overflow and join with Naruto's. And Orochimaru disturbed that process by adding his seal to remove the balance.
Why would that mean every Jin has huge chakra reserves? Naruto's seal was and is designed that way to allow for his reserves to increase. A little of the 9 tails is still a lot of chakra. A hundreth of it is still 4 times Kakashi's. Jiriaya loosened the seal so more would be avilable and he tightened after that. However, tightening the seal doesn't stop the mixong since it's designed to do that. The toad didn't say Jiraiya completely shut it off.

Kakashi and Jiriaya are sure, they even told us what happened and why Naruto has large chakra reserves. Kishimoto even made Kakashi confirm this via statement. The toad is telling you exactly what Minato did. See you don't even understand the context. Before this they mention the o tails hate tags along with it's chakra, so Minato set the seal in hope a little would lrak out and become part of Naruto's reserves. The context of the hope here is a little leaking out and becoming part of Naruto's reserves would be without the hate tagging along. That has nothing to do with the 9 tails chakra merging with Naruto's as we know ot already does that.

Yes, and what the toad told him. Naruto understood the context and was made to say what he said by Kishimoto. The reason for that was yo let us know why he has huge chakra reserves not could've or should've. Not one scan said that, Kakashi didn't say could, Jiraiya didn't day could, Naruto didn't say could(he plain out stated why he has large chakra reserves), neither did the toad once context is understood.

Now your just speculating. Intwrnal chakra is that which mixes with Naruto's chakra. And external chakra is that which he overfmoes that it covers his body. If Jiriaya says the internal chakra healed him it is that which healed him. Uou can't say Kurama healed him unless you have a statement to show him saying that. You're using the rule let's ignore what the characters are saying ebcause it doesn't suit our narrative.

Before Jiriaya undoes Orochimaru's seal he confirms, the seal is forcing Naruto's and the 9 tails chakra to mix unevenely. In other words the 9 tails chakra is mixing with Naruto's and why wouldnt it, when that was the seals purpose.

If it was seperate and not mixing at all as Shitgun claims then Orochimaru's seal would have no effect. Why did Orochimaru's seal affect Naruto and Kurama's chakra mixing, when Naruto wasn't using any 9 tails chakra as you claim? Jiraiya confirms that which calls up the 9 tails chakra(brings it out) are life threatening danger and roiling emotions. Chapter 92 page 11. This is while Jiriaya is about to teach him how to draw it out for cloaks and to spam jutsu. Jiraiya can't teach Naruto how to control the seal, because the seal chakra is already mixing with Naruto's and under control.
When they came back to Konoha(Meeting Sasori's spy mission), Jiriaya confirmed when he uses the external chakra(overfloeing chakra) it hurts his body. Then the internal,(the one that mixes with his reserves) 9 tails chakra heals him.

Here's the thing Naruto confirms everything we know about the seal and how his reserves have become so large. The toads tmdo the same, Jiriaya confirms the internal chakra and mixing with Naruto's. And Kakashi co firms the source of Naruto's stamina(while Naruto's in base with 0 enhancements) is the 9 tails.
You're argument ignores the clear manga facts and he tries to put his own spin on it.
A few examples Kakashi said Naruto has 4 times chakra and with Kurama's it would be 100 times greater. That was in reference to Naruro drawing out the cloaks as Kakashi confirmed in part one the root of Naruto's stamina is the 9 tails.
You claim Yamato was suppressing the 9 tails chakra, so therefore it was all Naruto's. Yet, Naruro confirmed he had lots of chakra because of the 9 tails chakra he's been getting his whole life. In other words that chakra became a part of his reserves. And we saw how Yamato supressed it during Naruto's training. Naruto was becoming frustrated and one of clones drew out the 9 tails chakra cloak, it began to overflow so Yamato stopped the clone with the cloak. That pretty much explains that scan.
Even the one where Yamato told Naruto not to fight using the 9 tails chakra(flashback during meeting with the sage's), he's shown using the cloak. So, yeah the context of not using the 9 tails chakra is pretty clear it's referring to the cloaks. That doesn't include internal chakra which Yamato has no control over since that is by the design of the 4th Hokage's seal.

Chapter 490, page 13 middle panel. It provides context of which chakra Yamatao was referring to as Naruto's in 4 tails mode. And we know this is the only chakra in Naruto's control the chakra mixing with his via the seal isn't in his control.
Kurama's statement is taken out of context since we have numerous admission of mixing. It just means Kurama would overflow the chakra causing an imbalance and preventing the sage from merging. However, Naruto pulled it out of his arse once against Nagato. Since, an overflow of chakra would throw out the SM balance.
Here's the major fact you're overlooking(probably due to cognitive regression) Naruto not relying on Kurama chakra(Yamato telling him) means, don't use the cloaks or draw it out. That has no bearing on the chakra Naruto receives from the seal and becomes a part of his reserves and he's been getting his whole life.
You're whole argument relies on ignorning the scans that confirm Naruto receives the 9 tails chakra, it mixes with his reserves, the 4th Hokage set the seal so that happens, it is the source of his stamina, and ignoring Naruto confirming that he has lots of chakra because he's been receiving the 9 tails chakra his whole life. And adter that putting forwards scans that don't negate that, but mean something else that you put your own twist on.
My advice to you is go to school and take afew classes.
