I'm referring to this puzzle
I think it's not referring to basil Hawkins and his crew but it has to do with him
it used to be viper but now it's a lizzard it's either
1. Its drake - make sense right his crew might know something that change the fate of the people who gonna fight into the war perhaps its kaido's weakness, a good place to invade them or another strong people that would fight into the war.
I know you trolls gonna say it's not him so...
2. Lizard people? Theres different kinds of race in onepiece but would it makes sense if this lizard minks or whatever they are joined the war because of the wrath of kaido? Perhaps they are great swordsmans, perhaps they can shapeshift too during the full moon, perhaps they're blacksmiths too that could make great bullets or whatever, perhaps THEY NEED TO GO THERE BECAUSE OF SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT LIKE THE ANCIENT TABLET? That's why there were introduced late because they have huge role.
