Not 100% sure now. I'm seeing some stuff say live-action but there's no real info so idk how credible it being live action is.

As for live action the tech is definitely getting better to where as long as they're done with care they can look ok. Gintama looked good, I thought Bleach looked pretty good too. Assassination Classroom wasn't too bad either. There's also some live action shots of Law and Luffy using Red Hawk and Doffy and Smoker and some other stuff but I'm not really sure where that's from and can't seem to find a whole clip.

Live-action onepiece? Any anime turned into live action for me is shit. But that's my opinion.
