I find it contradicting of you to claim that a person is very scummy then retract it because of the wagon piled on her for justified reasons mind you.

Hard to say mafia could very well be among inactive but we can't do anything about it because they are inactive. Best course of action is for the mod to straight up mod kill them tbh, that's what I would do. Them not contributing is harming everyone. If we push to lynch one of them we will be getting little to no new information out of them so they are just straight up useless.
No need for explanation when it's obvious. She pulled a stunt that is extremely anti townie. If we gonna give people chances whenever they mess up might as well just beat around the bush.

Offer us a suitable replacement that is as scummy as all_red with good explanation push for it. Because if you have someone who you think is more scummy than all_red then you should be voting for them. If you don't have anyone who is more scummy than all_red in your reads and you not doing anything about it then you are not helping the situation at all. You are just watching from the sideline.
So what? there is levels to fucked up plays you can do. If she did something that was little suspicious then I would agree that the grand scheme of her play is townier. But when you **** up that hard. It's very hard for me to just ignore it because "she played good" majority of the game. People slip and mess up. In her case she messed up really bad.
