In their last clash Naruto had Sage Mode, while Sasuke lack Senjutsu at all. This time Sasuke benefits in having Senjutsu, something he lack before.

Naruto's toads can't draw chakra for 6PSM, they only draw TSM chakra so the attack is many times weaker. While Sasuke's IA became an actual senjutsu jutsu(taking the black tint) instead of a pure chakra jutsu and probably kills Naruto and his frogs.
