Regained all my chakra and Jutsu counts btw. I'm connecting my previous post to now. This is so it can flow smoothly for plot purposes and nothing more. @Howard

Summery: Ikiru having seen the village's lands he figured a better more secure way to ensure that their boarders wouldn't be challenged often, was to create cities that the Jounin shinoibi within the village would manage to also act as beacons of light if danger ever came to the boarders. He sets out to create a city and also help his village attain more landmark defenses and order.

Now as he arrived upon the scene, Ikiru would see people moving out and going on about whatever they had been told to do. Now as he walked to meet the Kage, he ignored everyone around him. With the sky cloudy, Ikiru appeared to the man without his sharingan for the first time, His dark brown eyes that seemed to turn a fair lighter color due to the light around. He moved to greet the man as he waved offering his hand in greeting then after.

"I wanted to talk to you for moment if you don't mind." as he said he suggested they'd walk. On the calm day with the sky light balanced with the shadows, creating a dreamy effect they walked.

"When the Village of Sin grows, our defenses will become harder and harder to keep protected. I wanted to ask you if a Jounin such as me could travel to the Devil's Ravine to bring them under our allegiance and also found a State there. Of course this state would be under the village of Sin. The main difference between Village and State would be that the term “Village” will refer to a large government which is under your rule, but with its own government and economy. Whereas the term “state” will refer to a large governing area within the Village. This simply to fortify our defenses on greater terms of maintaining more landmarks to be under us. I plan on being that first state's leader, and I'd focus my time their but if given the call. I'd not hesitate to come. Shall I begin that proposition?" as they walked, he waited to hear what the his Kage would say about it.

Sado didn't move from his position as his eyes seemed to wander. There was something weighing heavily on his mind. It was all of the information he had just obtained about his mother and the Freehold of Hanguri. As the boy spoke to him, it was obvious Sado's mind wasn't completely there. It was partially elsewhere, stuck on something.
The words entered into his ears, passed through his mind and then fled from his mind like an absent-minded thought that couldn't be pinned down. He exhaled from his nose thinking over the proposal. It wasn't that different from how it already was.
It felt like this young Uchiha thought he was proposing something meaningful, and innovative when it was already being built up in that manner. There already were several other settlements connected to the Graveyard of Sin. The Haunted Forest to the far north and Takinomori to the north-east. That's to say, it wasn't a bad plan, it was just something that was already in motion.

First I'd need you to prove yourself to me and then I'll think about putting you in charge of a landmass, under Tsumigakure's jurisdiction. There are others that have the position you seek. Fu, to the north-east with Takinomori, and Grenth to the far north in the Haunted Forest. We have settlements outside the easily accessible and defendable Graveyard of Sin. Hell, we're even currently allied with the faraway land of Shinramoto with Lena of Shinramoto being her own autonomous being there. The idea is reasonable, but, I need to be able to trust you with power, I've seen that it corrupts.

Sado paused for a moment letting everything he had said sink in. He noticed Grenth had entered into the land and he gazed off in that direction as if he were waiting for his return. Sado had just had a bombshell dropped upon his head. He was looking for someone he trusted to confide in and to discuss these facts with. He began speaking again this time with a tone that denoted that he had come to a conclusion. One that might satisfy his need for trust and Ikiru's desire to lead.
Ikiru would perform a mission for him, one that would prove to Sado that Ikiru could work well under pressure, lead other humans, and deal with a problem. With the new landmasses to the north, Takinomori, the Motoi Drylands, Nairikuteichi, and Warenaiwa there was bound to be rebellion and distress. He could kill two birds with one stone by setting Ikiru up to check on and monitor these lands for a while. Sado needed these lands to know they were a part of something bigger and that crime, would be punished but also he needed the humans to know they were protected and safe.
He knew there was an Uchiha compound in the Motoi Drylands, the Uchiha were a proud clan. He needed to know they wouldn't lash out and try to secede or cause problems. Who better to handle an Uchiha problem, then an Uchiha.

We've annexed some lands to the north with our merger with the White Lotus. I want you to go there and investigate. Learn about the lands and eventually report back to me. I'm sure a few of the council wouldn't mind escorting you there and working alongside you. For example, I know of an Uchiha compound nearby, I want you to check in on them. Make sure they're not causing problems. If you do that for Tsumigakure and do it in a diplomatic way I'll think about allowing you to claim a territory.

What are your thoughts, Ikiru, is it a fair agreement?

Self-absorbed as Ikiru spoke, he was keen and quick to read this man's facial expressions and know cues when to make important information reach the man's conscious. This was something of his Uchiha's bloodline, very intellect that gave way to their skillful abilities. As they spoke Ikiru listened attentively nodding in agreement, waving his bangs away from his face as he started to think of getting rid of them. Which reminded him of his natural hair state, when he didn't straighten his hair, returning the present Ikiru would speak on his account. "I have proven myself once, twice now if you allow me to part-take on his mission. I do however have no experience on the matter of governing people. That believe is right, it would allow me learn how to do so. Under you I figured it would go smoothly knowing I can attain assistance. I have yet to meet Fu, and Lena, I have queries about how they are allies to the Village. I have been the Haunted forest, you seem to believe its well guarded, however most of us reside in the Graveyard of Sin. How we to protect a place without being directly overseeing it. Seals of barriers to detect danger? With many people moving in and out the land, who would be considered danger and not? It's impossible without being directly being in the land to foresee threats before they happen. The White Lotus? A new clan? The old Uchiha lands I presume they're the trouble. -sighs- Us the Uchiha are very calm people by default. Prideful and with family rich honor, if these people are related to the Uchiha. Then they are highly reasonable, I doubt they have means to even cause a problem."

With a long winded talk, he was waiting for what was next as he thought about the Uchiha lands his father used to talk to him about as a young kid. Spacing out as he was deep in thought for a moment, deep within him he fear going near those lands as he knew the past Uchiha history was always dark. Mnay plot holes hid within the past, such event so confusing as how even such Uchiha abilities came to being. Being a relative to one of the oldest and powerful bloodlines in the ninja world, yet not much was know of the Uchiha's past. How these lands came to be or what transpired, so many questions. His mind ran through the past as his father started to talk to him.

"Son, the reason the Uchiha have been at war with the Senju since who knows how back, their not our enemies not as you know your mother is a Senju. I don't believe in such old times, I know one day you'll have to face this world alone and I'm sorry that it would end up being like that. The freehold doesn't wa... -Sighs- I'll tell you some other time. You get the chance, see Motori Hideout. It will explain some of the past, why our eyes are very special beyond all other Doijutsu. What they transcend to, and how the Senju are a part of it."

To Little Ikiru who simply heard his father in amazement, quickly getting distracted to play in the garden. Watching his two older siblings train as he ran around in the field on the white sand.

Snapping back to reality. He would then see Grenth had returned, with some other ninja. He then decided to go to see them once this agreement was done with. "I will concur with your plan, I think I need to get Grenth to help me on this task."

Sado was speaking with a rather candid tone trying to explain his thoughts in the most organic non-aggressive way possible. His words were very to the point and they seemed to be a direct reply to what Ikiru had said. "I have proven myself once." Sado paused.
It was almost like he was giving the Uchiha time to think over what he had said. He seemed to become a bit more focused but there was still a bit of absent-mindedness there in his gaze and posture. Salazzle the salamander that was wrapped around his neck would move and sway yawning abruptly in Sado's left ear. I'm bored. The salamander would say under her breath in a breathy and lazy tone. She could see that Sado himself was still hung up on what had happened earlier.
On top of that, he was now trying to figure out how to deal with this Uchiha and his aspirations. Was Sado really the best person for this position of leadership? They all called him their Kage, but he felt like he always came up short.

You most certainly have not proven yourself to me. Proving yourself to someone and gaining their trust is a process of continuing growth. Doing one good thing, or doing one objective the right way doesn't show a person that you can be trusted to do the right thing every time. I need to know that you're a level headed individual that can weigh the pros and cons of any situation, make unbiased and fair decisions and report back to me or my counsel with relevant information to make their own informed decisions. I'll tell you now, outright, I'll be asking a lot from you especially if you want something as large as your own territory. If you want power, honor, prestige, and rights, then you'll need to earn them. Just like everyone else. I trust my allies because they've proven to me, that I can believe in them.

Finally, after a long pause, the Uchiha agreed to his proposition and went on his way to find Grenth. Sado would hesitate before slumping down a bit sitting upon the ground. His posture was a bit lethargic and gloomy the wispy energy had long since faded. The power he had used earlier and the wispy-hot energy subsided as he realized just how taxing it was on him.
It had all but drained him of his drive and vigor the boon it had given him felt like it came with its own set of problems. A give and take situation. He realized a fair amount of his chakra had been taken and eaten away leaving him feeling exorbitantly tired and exhausted. It was as if he had burnt through the physical energy in his body leaving him to his thoughts.
His sporadic and ever-changing thoughts that drove him to be impulsive. It was a feeling that reminded him of the depressive nature of his Sage Transformation abilities. More specifically the bipolar-depression it forced upon him. He sat upon the ground for a moment just observing the sky as the clouds passed overhead.
He exhaled hard as if sighing, so many things he had to deal with now. It wasn't as fun as building it, maintaining it was tedious, and that angered him a bit. Why was it his responsibility to maintain this organization? A thought for another day maybe.​

Arriving back into the heart of Tsumigakure Desmond nodded towards trunks signaling that his tenor as a bodyguard was complete. Looking towards the few that followed him he would tell them of the Tsumi lands north under his jurisdiction and that there or anywhere in Tsumi would provide them with safety and comfort.

Leaping down upon some towers he would race toward the group. As he did he'd spot some straggles down below. Stopping to look down on the scene, he would wonder whether the village had a police force. With an augment heating up below he would voice himself into the problem. "HEY! What's the issue here?" saying as they started to throw fists, quickly the crowd would start to form as Ikiru stepped up. Moving in-between the two as the lads knew he was a shinobi.

"He stole my vest!" one would yell while the other refuted in disagreeance. Sighing as he would have to find time for a solution to this minor problems, which kind of annoyed him. Deciding to not use ninjutsu he proposed they'd reach another conclusion. "How about if I destroy the vest, I think it will do both an end to this matter?" Waiting to see their response and make another judgement, he looked at both parties to see if they both agree or not.

"Yeah go ahead, at least this way its fair." one spoke crossing his hands, appearing very upset. Watching them closely, he started to think of how many more problems would arise from that choice. Either way, both could either settle for zero or submit to the other. Ikiru would wait to hear what the other person would say.

"Yeah, I stole it. Here it's yours, please take care of it." as the lad said, Ikiru decided to that he would settle for having that man keep his vest and the other simply move on. Barbaric in method but these petty problems needed a form of some police force to enforce not a Jounin level shinobi. Handing the vest to one who had plead to give it up as he claimed to had stole it. "You should keep it. Share the vest with him too. If problems to occur regarding this issue, I will handle it. I promise to use every ounce of my power if such problems about sharing it happen again. Trust me or not, my crimson eyes can force the truth out of anyone who looks upon them." saying he quickly ran up a wall to meet Grenth.

Moments later, he would land on the same ground near Grenth. Looking to him as he waved in a friendly matter, "Do you happen to be a clone or rather the real thing, I don't have the chakra to use Shadow Clones too often. I'm tasked out by the Kage to head toward the Motori Drylands to solve a problem before I'm granted rights to own a landmark and manage it." Breathing in, as he looked to the sky thinking for moment before returning his gaze back to them.

With his mind running wild with ideas of whether this was a high level genjutsu or not. With his ash on the ready and his katana grasped, Ikiru was ready for combat at any moment's notice. His chakra spiking as he starting fuming actual smoke from his body, his eyes scanned intensely. Not a single moment was wasted as he became sharp and at the ready. "COME OUT! SHOW YOURSELF!"

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

He had completely forgotten about everything that had happened, well not so much he forgot about it he just wasn't thinking about it. He was way too focused on the revelation that his mother was descended from the Nobunaga clan, the founders of the very Freehold he fought against.
Salazzle was fast asleep resting upon his shoulder. If anyone approached him they would find him sitting in the center of a massive crater. It encompassed a short-range area around him having the appearance of a skull. It spidered outwardly through the buckled and shattered ground below him. Eventually, he noticed Trunks approaching. Sado spoke with a weird tone as if he were distracted.

Noticing his obvious inclination toward business, Trunks addresses him accordingly. Tsumikage-sama, I have been receiving constant reports from a land harboring weird activity, a sudden growth to vegetation that seemed funny. After dispatching many, I received this one report. Turning to face the group, he was confused for a moment. Looking to them as he started wondering whom had the ability to speck into their minds. Looking to solve this case as he scratched his head for moment. Judging by their chakra not of them seemed to really be using chakra except for Grenth who kept surging his chakra into his eyes. Having deactivated his sharingan to preserve chakra he looks to the creature that had insulted his race. Looking to Grenth thinking to himself about how such a contract came to being. How would such a dross creature be of use to Grenth. Sighing as he looked to Grenth ignoring the summon as if it had not spoke to him. Watching as Grenth would dust himself off. "I was told to seek out the Drylands in Motori I presume if that's the correct place. The Uchiha interactions there have started to cause problems. Thinking of his past as he was somewhat afraid of dealing with another Uchiha, being that he hadn't spoke to any for a long time. Ikiru would look to his hand as he seemed to zone out of focus. Hei will awkwardly scratch the back of his head as the mane makes a clone, that then positions himself at a distance. The Man who made the clone would then turn at speak to another.
