Right, basically you start off with basic skills in naruto:

Base 5 - earth/fire/water/lightning/wind
Basic nin - like making shadow clones
Genjutsu
Taijutsu
Kenjutsu - sword shit

Depending on your rank, you get to pick more stuff from this. Ranks can be found in this post here

Anyway. You will find that some stuff you can start off with and learn, which everything has it's own rules. So really you can make an uchiha, but have to learn the stages of the sharingan, this costs nothing. If you want mangekyou, you have to buy it with kumi.

Kumi is the currency of the rp, you gain it through like battles, missions and stuff.

If you go to the forum homepage and look at the top, you can click on "shop" in there there is an official shop, you can see the cost of everything you'd have to pay for and links to it's rules.

So if you have a custom character in mind, who would it be, how would you want to fight? And like what element you want to start off with?

I have no idea what my rank is tho since I am only starting out guess is probably academy student but I had participated in that Map puzzle event and heard that the reward, it's a rank up in nrp so I am kinda confused. I don't think if I can claim the award now tho.

• Able to submit up to B-rank customs of any learned fields

So as you've seen, you talking uchiha/dark.

Uchiha = fire
Dark = fire/lighting (i think)
