How strong is Delta?

From the looks of it she may be at least close to Naruto's power level ill tell you why. She appears to be second in command to Jigen and judging from her behavior she is not entirely submissive to him which also suggests that she is one of the more powerful members of Kara. Second, she uses ninja tech. Kara's technology appears to be more advanced than Konoha's so there is no telling what sort of power ups and abilities she uses in combination with her natural fighting style. Chances are good that she's way stronger than Ao. Third, I assume that she's heard of Naruto. If so her decision to enter the village is rash but if she didn't think she could defeat him with the help of Koji I don't think she would have done it. My last point is that she appears to have a seal on her forehead. It doesn't look like a karma seal but it may be a similar ability. Perhaps it is a third eye or an ability similar to byakugo. Tell me what you think. How powerful or stupid do you have to be to confront Naruto head on?

She is as strong as the degree of nerfing that Naruto will get if they fight. So it will be like using a percentage to Naruto fullest power. What I meant? Let say Naruto at his full potential without any stupid power nerfing will be at 100%. When he need to fight Shin there's a lot of nerfing happened to Naruto. So by raw estimation Shin's full power is just at 20-30% of Naruto's full power.

You think Borat Asspullmaki won't be the one to Put her down? I suppose you're reasoning makes sense, but Kodachi is blinded by Borat's story. I don't know anymore, I stopped taking interest in the serious quite a while back.

Shin had a tactical advantage because they didn't know his abilities and Sarada was a liability. Its the same case here but even worse because Himmawari is there. Boruto and Kawaki can hold their own for a while with help from Naruto. It should be a good fight I'm expecting some twists.
