How can it Be that kakashi graduats in the age of 6 when other extreme talentet ninjas like sasuke or neji first did it in the age of 12? They where all 3 consitered genius so I Find it very odd.

Well, Sasuke entered the academy at age 7. So back in Kakashi's day, ninjas must have started training earlier. Also, it's likely that the training in Kakashi's day was much less comprehensive than the training given to Sasuke. This point is supported by the fact that "non-geniuses" such as Gai graduated from the academy at a very early age too (Gai graduated when he was 7.)

it matters from person to person i think....itachi as well graduated earlier from academy...maybe kakashi was a better kid than sasuke and the others, not to mention those times were war times
Kakashi in his own right is a freaking awesome ninja; one strong enough to become a Jounin at the young age of 12, if I'm not mistaken....besides when Kakashi graduated it was in the midst of the 3rd Great Ninja WW...so go figure!!!! and his Sensei was the Yondaime Hokage...who was deemed to be the best ninja Konoha has produced thus far
He is just freakin awesome.........also he was trained by his Father who was also one of the strongest ninjas in konoha........even the Fourth admitted that when he xplained to Obito why Kakashi was far better n agile that Obito Himself...
you have to remember kakashi grew up in times of war
they probably needed as many ninja as possible back then.
so in other words quantity over quality. not that kakashi is weak, but still... every villages in that era needed shinobis fast. in contrast, naruto and co grew up in realative peace. only now this ninja war is starting....

Dont compare Sasuke and Neji(but special Sasuke) with Geniouses like Itachi...Itachi was a Genious Ninja ...He learned a bunch of jutsus by himself and he awakned his Sharingan much younger than Sasuke....Sasuke was everything he was with his curse mark ,after the curse mark dissapeared he became sth because Itachi helped him awekned his MS .....Itachi did it everything by himslef...And Itachi died because he sealed Orochimaru,otherwise Sasuke would have died,from "Orochimarus release"...
Another thing is that the death rate of a ninja that young could be bad especially in sasuke's case when he's the last of his clan. Neji could've been held back since he wasn't a main branch memeber too. What I don't get is how Gaara only graduate at age 12 when he scared most of the population of Suna already then later becomes the youngest kage. I guess this could also go under the War time theory in which I agree with.

but the most talented geniousses were definitely
first. Itachi (he was so damn talented he is just the best uchiha, compared to him sasuke sucks)
second. Minato (no special clan but still maybe the strongest ninja yet)
